We did not receive mail Feb 28 or March 1 in our home mailbox, which never happens. What is the reason for this? Large delivery came March 2.


I had requested hold mail service on November 23, 2021. The green road post office did not hold my mail. And I call to ask why. The person talk to me in inpatient voice and said it is a internal error, the system still showed the mail need to be hold on request. I ask her how to prevent it to happen in the future. She is not willing to solve the issue and just said she offer a apology with a very unpleasant tone then hang up the phone. She is rude and unprofessional to handle customer. I wish she can remind her coworker to pay attention for customer’s hold mail request in the future.


When are they going to fix the drive pavement and land scape looks terrible


We have always received excellent service from the Green Rd USPS facility whenever we need to go there and our mail carrier, who has on many occasions gone above and beyond, is conscientious, friendly, timely and dedicated.


I have complained before but continue to receive terrible service from our carrier . Today our mailbox was full of our neighbors mail 5636 meadow lane (vs our address 5642 meadow lane) This is so bad -I no longer trust the usps and use ups or fed ex for anything important Sad sad sad
