Postal Locations

We have had some issues with our mail delivery for 4637 Cherry Blossom Dr., Ypsilanti, MI we have received neighbors mail on several occasions, which mean our mail is probably delivered to the wrong address also. We have expected mail that has not arrived yet. We generally try and take the mail to the proper address or put it back in our mailbox and lift the flag. What happens to the mail if returned to the post office? do they try to deliver it to the right address?

I placed a stop mail request for 10 days and got a confirmation # This did not happen. I spoke with the mail man and he said he was on vacation and it was his first day back and didn’t know anything about it. Poor service. I have done this before with no issues.

I need to know if my stimulus check will be forward down to my temporary forwarding address. The irs mailed out my stimulus check on March 26 2021 will you be able that check on my temporary forwarding address to Florida. My address in Michigan is 2125 David Ypsilanti Michigan 48198 please I hope you can help me!!

My packages keep getting lost, some even opened and items removed. If the tracking information for the items say it's there and I have been given notice, shouldn't the package and notice be there. Yet nothing.

The current postal clerk at the whittaker office has acquired an attitude lately. Some of the patrons are not gettibg their mail in a timely manner. 1 or 2 pieces of mail, then nothing for a few days then the box is crammed full. Unacceptable. When questioned, she givea them a flimsy excuse.

I have bin waiting since the 11th for a package that has bin sitting at the post office and still not received it..... It is now 5:05 pm and my neighborhood hasnt even had our mail delivered yet.... I think its time to step it up...

This agency never answeres the main telephone lne. It is frustrating to no end to call and be hung up on and have the calls go busy thereafter. Is this a place of business?? And the postal workers wonder why they are closing more and more post office locations! DO YOUR D*#$ JOB!
