I don't know what the deal is with these Milan postal carriers that can't get the mail in the right mailbox I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and they still keep putting my mail in the neighbor's mailbox and I have to go get it or they have to and today the mail lady that we had when I told her about it was very rude to me. I just thank God that they are not delivering kids home from school to their houses because they probably would never get home they would end up at somebody else's house

I never got my package on 7/30/22 it was out for delivery so then you said it went back out on 8/01/22 no it wasn't and it said I moved clearly I didn't and now I see from my tracking number it's been returned to sender this us not right your people are lying about delivery I want my package delivered

My certified letter was mailed at ~10AM on Mon, 11/19 & still not delivered by 11/29! I stopped at the Milan, Mich post office where the letter had been mailed. The staff took my information to check status (automated system was NO help!) and the letter was delivered within the hour!!! Everyone at this location is always pleasant and helpful. They need to be recognized for their great customer service!

I simply needed a piece of tape. I have lived on four continents and in six states never have I been told at any post office" You can only have a piece of tape if you are a priority customer". You may buy tape behind you. I have never come into this post office and had a good experience. I plan to avoid it at all cost.
