The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the work they do.

Terrible service, I called this morning and had a question, they hung up on me and said they were too busy. Government workers apparently don't have to earn good service. I will not be using usps anymore!

Horrible, inept staff, who seem to be bothered by performing the duties of their jobs. And the postmaster is some sort of wannabe, or ex-marine, asshole. He thinks he knows best, yet every single time I go inside I hear people complaining about not receiving their mail. They also seem to be way more helpful to certain people than others. The whole experience, anytime I go, is frustrating. They are shitty people, and even shittier workers. Mainly the gay sounding white guy and the postmaster, plus the lazy waste of life they call my delivery person.

I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service I receive from the employees at this postal office. Every single time I've been in there has been an unpleasant experience. I'm positive everyone in Dundee feels the exact same way.

Bonnie I am glad to see I am not the only one. I. Annoy believe what a rude disrespectful bunch of orople are working there. I heard the postmaster say to the man on the phone I was speaking to today "you've got work to do" in the most annoyed voice ever. He then proceeded to take the receiver out of the hand of the one gentleman who was actually trying to help me and told me very rudely "this is the postmaster can I help you". When I proceeded to tell him "no I was just thanking the last gentleman for his assistance and saying goodbye because you obviously don't have what I'm looking for", he was an even bigger JERK. Glad I moved out of Dundee. Not nearly the happy little town they want everyone to think they are. And the postmaster general WILL BE HEARING FROM ME

This post has the rudest employees that I have ever met!! Over the years, I have had multiple interactions with them, and I am always so surprised how they communicate with customers. We go out of our way to use a different post office when possible, but obviously that is not always possible. I ship from other locations, but I have to deal with them from time to time with receiving shipments.
