THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE UNITED STATES!! I HATE ALL OF YOU THAT WORK HERE. I signed a check to pay a bill on December the 11th, it didnt arrive in Ohio until January the 17!?!?! i dont know if its because the lazy f*ckhead driving isnt picking it up? which is almost EVERY F*CKING DAY. they will do u turns in my dirt driveway ( just tearing it all up, which cost $$, but they dont "GAF") but cant even check to see my bright red flag...

So in reading some of the reviews, I have noticed a lot of people pretty upset with the post office. Well, I had no opinion on them until now. For 2.5 years I have had a roadside mailbox that was attached to a stake in the ground. It has worked fine, never a problem. Then 2 weeks ago I get a notice its too unstable and needs to be fixed. Nothing has hanged mind you in the 2.5 years it has been up. I called the postmaster (she was very condescending, and of no help) she said the rules are the rules. Which is fine, until I asked her if the rules had changed in the last 2 years, she said no. So I asked her why all of a sudden the mailbox isn't good enough. She had no answer!!! What gives? Why is it too unstable now, but hasn't been for the last 2 years. Her best reply was its too hard to open and they deliver 9,000 parcels a day. I'm sure they do deliver a bunch, and I really do appreciate the work they do, but come on its too hard to open??? I then said well ok I'll take off the door and you can put the mail right inside, her reply was that is against the rules, mind you my previous mail box had no front door on it and I used that box for about 6 years at my old house. What the heck is going on, sounds to me like this post master is on a power trip!! I can now see why so many people want to defund the USPS!!

So I put a hold on my mail. No problem eh? When I called to cancel it, I was told that they would not accept a cancellation over the phone,, because,, someone may call,, and get your mail! So,, I cancelled it that day on the computer,,and wait for it,,, they still held my mail the next day! When I called,, I was told "oops,, we didn't see it!" no apologies. So I held it again on the 23rd,, and when a friend showed up at my place yesterday with some of my "held" mail, I became concerned. By then it was a little after 4,, so I couldn't get anyone there. This morning I call,, and,, "oh,, we don't see that hold"! Every time that I've complained to the post master,, she blows me off with some lame excuse. AND,, no one above her that I can talk to! Yet,, they can blow millions on campaigns telling us how great the frickin USPS is! Bullshit!

How about you don't close your places at 4:30 like a f*cking idiot. Any normal place of business is open till at least 6 get your f*cking head out of your ars. No wonder you're going out of f*cking business

I don’t understand how you can say your hours are 9-4:30 everyday yet you close whenever you want to. Post office is never open till the time it’s supposed to be.

I don't understand your hours!? How can a person that works 5 days a week 830-5 ever even make it to the post office? Which many people have this schedule. Business is bad for post offices, so why not try working with your working customers? You were open until 5...why would you ever close at 430. This is really disappointing.
