Worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They sift through our mail and send back important items, when it’s none of their business to do so. The staff is so lazy and rude as well. It’s so bad I go out of my way to got to Fowlerville, Williamston or Howell since I know they are competent enough to do their jobs.

This morning a young lady asked for a money order. It was obvious the young lady did not know how to fill it out. The employee was very rude and made the young lady to feel embarrassed. She was not helpful and quite rude. I felt like this was handled quite poorly by your employee. This is not the first time that I have witnessed this type of behavior coming out of the Webberville Post Office. Customer Service is not a high priority in this location. I would much rather drive 7 miles in either direction to do any business I have with the post office. As someone who works in customer service the employees that main the counter in this location need classes in appropriate customer service.
