They received my Amazon package and sent it back within 3 days. Before I could grab it. They make all kinds of excuses but in reality they are just terrible at customer service. Obviously I ordered stuff that was shipped to my address and they just cancel and return to Amazon immediately. The package arrived early and I wasn’t at my place yet.
I never take the time to write these. But enough is enough. Multiple times I've been here to get packages during lobby hours and the windows is always closed. They won't answer the side door. Lost mail multiple times that I've sent. I've had to cancel 2 checks in the last years for none delivery. I sent one check via certified mail and it took almost a week to get to where it was suppose to. It also needed to be signed for and they just dropped it in the box. Waste of almost $6. Today 8/27/24 I've been waiting outside since 730 to get mail. It's now 8 and still not open. I've counted 8 people go to the door and back to their car. Unacceptable. This post office needs disciplinary action towards the supervisor. Takes little effort to unlock a door so people can have access to their po box.
the Naples Post Office located in Maine received a package that was received on the 23th and as of today my daughter did not has it. She said that the window does not service the customers and no one is available. I had a "priority mail" on the box package. I should be refunded for none service received as stated .
What will you do about it.? that day I mailed out 9 packages through USPS and every other recipient have the package on hand.
What is going on?
Awaiting your reply.
the recipient told me that they have no services at that post office. it as beign going on for a while.
We have continuously had trouble receiving mail this past year. The mail lady refuses to deliver if there is an inch or more of snow on the ground. Lost important documents and deliveries on several occasions. Items I have ordered have been disposed of according to tracking. This is not how a post office is supposed to be run.
