The package service continues to be erratic and now worse. My packages from Amazon and 2 other shops have not been delivered for 12 days. No one even picks up the phone when you call. Looks like a grim Christmas for those of us in Casco.
I am inquiring about my Mail for 15 Varney Road. Back in Feb. I changed my mailing address .. All mail for Varney road was to be forwarded to my new address. So far somethings have been forwarded some havent. Like my Picture drivers licence that should have been delivered back end of Feb, Then my replacement licence should be here by now. The title to my car was sent back to Sec. of state with a yellow label with my new mailing address on it. Sec of state sent it back to my new address. Why didnt the post office forward it as directed on the 2 change of address forms I made out online and cost me 30. each time. Sam Drew, and Sam Breton- Drew. This is very frustrating that people cant follow simple instructions.
I received a package today, a small carpenter compass enclosed in a very large plastic bag, wrapped and taped tightly. After cutting thru the wrap, a strong-smelling, liquid chemical seeped out creating an overwhelming toxic odor. I tried rinsing the bag but the odor was too overwhelming. My husband immediately removed the packaging from the house. The odor still lingers and after multiple hand-washings, my hands still smell of the suspicious substance, and I'm still feeling light-headed and nauseous. I called the P.O. but no answer. I am very disturbed by this. An investigation needs to be done. I didn't realize who the seller on Amazon was until now. So BEWARE!

Service is horrible! Appears to me the mail is delivered at their convenience and returned to sender if they want to. Can’t image why same address doesn’t work every time. Trips to Casco Post Office following up on a tracking # to find out it was already returned.
The Casco P.O. on Meadow Road is wonderful. when I read the few negative reviews, I was shocked. The workers are friendly, professional, and so willing to help in any way possible. I have NEVER had a problem in sending or receiving packages. I order online a lot, and have a large family I send packages to. No problems whatsoever. I can only praise the hard work they do for the residents of Casco.
Service is horrible, they used every excuse in the book not to deliver a package to your house. It is pretty inconvenient when you have to take time off from work to drive down to there post office and pick up your package that was already paid for home delivery. Something needs to be done, this has been going on for way to long.
I think we have the best postal workers around. They are always friendly and helpful. They put in long hours and I would like to thank them for the work they do.

SITTING THERE THEY TRIED TO REFEUSE GIVING ME MY OWN MAIL EVEN WITH PROPER ID SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE
