In last month more mail for others in my box than had MY name on it. Have a sign for letter letter ,and a VERY good security system showing NO ONE has come up my driveway all week. Oh I also happen to be home all day every day. Yet they say they have tried twice. And mail for me delivered to wrong box was brought to me 3 weeks after delivery and I was told oh well at least you got it.

I went to the post office and filled out the information for my mail to be forwarded to our new address starting Sept 15. I went in person to make sure I had provided all the information. It is now Sept 30 and nothing has been forwarded to my new address Charles & Patricia Peabody Old Address 40 N Bridgton Rd Bridgton, ME 04009 New Address 5192 Ruby Ave Firestone, CO 80504 Also I have spent 14 minutes continually calling the phone number and no one ever answers. If the phones are not used, why have them and save money to forward mail

Just received a stack of mail in my mailbox. None of it was for me. Infact it was for 4 or 5 different people. Not even members of the same family. Tried to call but that was useless. I mean they don't bother to answer.

Have came home to my mail blown all over my driveway a few times now. Who ever delivers mail to Kansas rd Bridgton could they please put our mail in our mailbox and not left in front of the garage in the mud as the papers get soaked, ruined, and most likely lost. Packages are one thing but when we receive important documents in the mail that are in envelopes we would appreciate it if it was not thrown in front of the garage. I understand the whole world is short staffed and most likely working long hours but we have a perfectly functioning and labeled mailbox. This issue is totally unacceptable and needs to be resolved.

Horrible phone service. Been calling for 35 minutes. Not a single answer. Horrible. One would think, either someone can answer and isn't, or they're severely understaffed and that should obviously be looked into. Probably my last time using them. Also considering I paid 50+ dollars for an overnight that took two days. Used to be a wonderful post office. Now, not so much. Sadly.

I am concerned about the kind of face coverings the employee are wearing. I think they need better coverage. The chin shield is not a secure method to prevent covid spread.

Just wanted to express my gratefulness for the Bridgton Post Office Team. They are an excellent group, very kind, customer oriented, fabulous service. They never close early, and I even get to knock on the door after hours to get my packages (it's the only time I'm back in town to get it). They are always happy to be here and it shows! Thank you for all you do!
