This young girl who was working in customer service was the absolute worse. She had no personality, was extremely unfriendly and didn't particularly seem to want to help the customers, and was rude to boot. I was there between 12:00 and 1:00 on Saturday, March 4, 2023.

One of, if not the worst location in Baltimore County. Mail to apartments in Rosedale is delivered twice a week at best. Many bills are delivered after the due date, and I am still awaiting a bill that was due the 23rd of May. I have resorted to identifying the receipt date on the bill to document the ineptitude. After almost 250 years, the postal system is little improved since Franklin started it. I have personally observed one of the mail carriers stop at each building entrance, put the truck in park, and talk on the phone for 2-5 minutes before getting out to deliver the mail, all the while continuing with the phone conversation. It is not surprising that mail is so sparsely delivered when it takes ten times as long at each stop. Last Saturday, I had five pieces of mail delivered to my address; however, not to me. Interestingly enough, one of the pieces was not supposed to be delivered to my address, rather a location in West Baltimore. I printed labels and attached them indicating return to sender, not at this address; and on the one that was the wrong address, that too was indicated. The bar codes were lined out. Today, I had two of the same pieces re-delivered to my address. I waited about ten minutes to get my mail and saw the re-delivered pieces. Because the carrier is highly inefficient, still on the phone, and distracted, she was only three doors away. I walked down to her; she was still sitting in the truck continuing her phone call. I tapped on the window to get her attention. She was startled, but rolled down the window. I told her what had happened, and she retorted with a bevy of excuses, such as the recipient, had not changed his address, and they only deliver to addresses, not names. That works one time, but when the mail is corrected to say, return to sender, not at this address, Shouldn't they be returned? All of the mail was from the same place, Department of Transportation. She refused to take them. I told her I was not going to go through the same exercise again or be responsible for this other person's mail. At this point, instead of trying to rationalize with someone that couldn't care less about doing her job, I dropped the mail over the window as I would in a mail box. Shortly thereafter, I found out that the carrier had called her supervisor and claimed that I had assaulted her. I contend that the only crime committed here is fraud and theft against the United States Postal Service, and the perpetrator is obviously not me.

The employees at the Rosedale PO are rude and do not want to help customers. We are having a problem getting our mail. We haven’t gotten mail that we definitely should have received. We are receiving mail past the due date of a bill, or mail that is expired. The State Dept. sent out important forms the end of January and we still have not received them. Our federal taxes pay postal employees and they work for the people. They act like they are doing us a favor or they don’t want to look when you ask them to see if we have mail there that has not been delivered.

I have several complaints: 1. The post office was very busy, people waiting in line. A postal worker came from the back with her mask below her chin. She came out several times and did not bother pulling her mask up and kept on laughing will all the employees. 2. Another postal worker that was helping people had her mask below her nose. 3. Also I put a hold on me sister's mail since she passed away and I was turning in her apartment keys. It was over a week since I put a hold on her mail and they are still delivering her mail. I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING IT NOW.

I did a change of address on line last week changing my old address to my new one. My stimulus check went to my old address and was sent back to post office. My question is how long will it take to recieve my stimulus check once my new address is locked into the system.
