WOW after reading some of these reviews I’m seeing that I’m not the only one who thinks this office IS indeed one of the worst there is out there. This office should be investigated inside and outside top to bottom through the Office of Inspectors. Noticeably customer experience is out the door and the employees could care less about anyone who walks through the door. The office itself cannot hold onto employees with a huge turn over rate that reflects extremely poorly of the office post master. That is her office and her team which is a BIG BIG reflection of her. After running into issues after my dog BLINKED at a mail carrier I’ve had the worst customer experience there is ever to give to ones consumers. This ENTIRE office needs replacing OR JUST SHUT IT DOWN!!!! These employees are NOT worth the pay check. Seriously!! What a disgrace and what a poor representation of the USPS!! Time to clean HOUSE!!


Where do i start with this post office? This post office has gotten worse the past few years. Long lines because of only one register being open. About 3 times a week I get someone else's mail from a different address. I'm missing important mail that was never put in my mailbox. I scheduled a pick up for a one pound package and they never came to get it even though i received an email from them saying they picked it up. How hard is it to do this job? Stay off your cell phones and maybe you'll give people their correct mail. For those of u with lost packages check this out:


The mailman for the unit block of Stemmers Run Road is not doing his job my mail has been found on the ground by neighbors and mail has been left at 2 different addresses. Yesterday a small package of mine was founded on the sidewalk. One package was sent 4 weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. But they said it was delivered. How can you put up with this all the time. If you don't do your job right then why stay at it. This is unacceptable.


This is the worst Post office I have ever had to deal with! NOBODY will answer the phone when I called to ask about a package that was "Delivered, In/At Mailbox. Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 6:49PM on February 5,2019 in Essex MD 21221, Essex MD 21221" LIKE HELL IT WAS!!!! I DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!!! So when you need help on anything postal related these people who work here don't want to pick up the phone to help you! Customer service is horrible! It seems like I get a different mail carrier everyday and the look of these people is a look of "OH GOD THAT IS WHAT IS DELIVERING MY MAIL!" It seems like they are young people who don't dress like a mail carrier. Their look is sloppy!


This post office needs to be shut down it's they slowest ratchet ass post office I have ever visit .It's always 1 person at the front desk with 30 people in the line when you can hear 50 employees in the back.They pick up the phone and hang up on you they always putting my mail in the wrong mailbox and always putting the wrong mail in my mailbox. We clearly have different addresses and last names they need to stay off their phones and maybe this won't happen. I hear them on their phones laughing and talking and rapping or singing this ain't American idol do your damn job and stop messing up people mail.


For the past 6 months our mail has been late or delivered to our neighbors and we are getting theirs. Why is this so hard? All of our houses have numbers on them. Can't your employees read or are they just incompetent. Maybe you need to send them back to school to relearn their numbers and while your at it teach them how to do their jobs. We pay for your services, start earning your money for a change.


For the past few years, we have not been getting our mail until well after 630 pm, assuming we get anything at all 95% of the time. I understand mistakes happen but it's been brought to my attention that some of our mail is being delivered to the wrong addresses. Our neighbors have brought us our mail from BGE and other bills we have to pay over a week or more late and it's because we are not getting our mail!


What do I need to reserve a p o box


Usually, postal service is good, fast, and reliable. However, on January 3, 2017, I mailed my rent check and a check to an individual. I thought my rent and the individual were paid. However, on January 13, 2017, yesterday, I received a letter from the rental office saying my rent was late, and I must pay my rent plus $45.00 in fees, and they must be paid by certified check or money order. It costs $35.00 each to put a stop payment on each check. I have to go to the bank for those. I'm on a fixed income, $45.00 is a lot to me. Also, I have medical and psychiatric conditions which makes it EXTREMELY DIFFICULY for me to go places. I rarely go anywhere. The individual I mailed a check to did not receive his check either. I called the post office on January 14, 2017. A very nice and sweet woman told me they cannot find out what happend to my mail without a tracking number. She said "I'm sorry". So, I must pay all those fees, and suffer the disgrace and shame of paying my rent late when IT WAS NOT MY FAULT MY RENT WAS LATE.


They keep saying they deliver my packages when they didn't, they said they left notice when they didn't. And my house is unsecured so they can't leave it, mind you I've been home all day and night. Do you guys reprimand your carriers cause all I keep getting is iam sorry.


Yes they be stealing people packages I filed a complaint .when I first moved in my house I ordered some things. I checked the tracking it said it will be delivered by usps that day .I took my kids to school sat on my porch the mail man who was a young guy gave me mail and that was it .. I go to the tracking site and it clearly change and said delivered left package at front door .I'm like what the hell so I called they acted like theyou was stupid anyway bottom linend file a complaint..the place I ordered my kids clothes from sent the same items out again this time by FedEx.. I was upset because it was my kids back to school clothes the post office had to pay the place I got my kids clothes from...this post office is so damn rachett ....

They keep losing my packages! What is going on with this PO? 7 packages with tracking, disappear on the truck? Total incompetence!
