Mail person who services Hyde Park drops on the ground anything that does not fit in mailbox. This has been happening since this new mail lady took over this route. I have lived in the park 50 years and mail people ALWAYS put boxes on my porch. I plan to go to Washington if I have to. Essex post office phone is always busy when you try to call it.

My post man left our gate wide open with signs stating we have dogs. He delivered late at night , (like always) gate was wide open and my dog got out. My husband who is sick with a fever had to chase my dog . Thank God nothing happened to our dog. What happened to respecting someone's property and the mail service. We hardly receive mail and if so it is constantly delivered to the wrong address either on our street or a completely different one. Someone one another street brings our mail to us in a bag but waits and mail is super late which is not their fault. I am sympathetic to the whole Covid thing but really extremely late at night and extremely late and wrong addresses. But how dare they leave my gate open and risk my family in that way.

Can you tell me how much a post office box would cost cause I don't trust the mail where I live so email me back and let me know thanks Michael Blevins

I can't say enough. Horrible customer service. Mail doesn't come for days and when you have the nerve to ask about YOUR mail, you're not met with help you're met with an attitude. Flip side mail isn't picked up either! I have had my flag up for 3 days now and the mail is still sitting there. I don't know what magic word I'm supposed to use to have proper mail delivery and pick up but I wish someone would tell me.

The mailman or woman do’s not pick my mail up from my mailbox with the flag up.and do’s not deliver on Saturday.it has happind 3 or 4 times lately.please see that it gets picked up win my flag is up.

We have not received mail delivery for over one week! Every day their Daily Digest tells me I will have mail and packages delivered. Every day NOTHING! I need to pay all my bills online and use other delivery vehicles. If they don't deliver my junk mail, so what. Any suggestions who can deliver Christmas cards in less than a few months?

Always a long line that doesn't move no matter what time or day!! Please hire more people or something.

Can you Please explain to me, Why there hasn't been a single delivery of mail for 4 days in 1000 block of Punjab Dr Essex MD 21221, I have been waiting for over a week for important documents along with some 1st Class Mail that I have yet to receive. This is by far the biggest act of disregard to the public.

I was supposed to receive a package today and the tracking shows that it was delivered & put into my mailbox but when I went and checked nothing was there. It's a Saturday & after hours so I can't even talk to anyone. There have been numerous problems with Essex USPS mail service not delivering packages. This is the first time this has happened to me but this has happened to my family members more than once. So much to the point that some won't even have packages delivered to them at their address anymore. This is unacceptable. It's obvious that some or many folks there aren't doing the right thing. This makes Essex USPS look horrible. What is going on there? This has been going on for years. Not acceptable.

MISSING 14 PIECES OF MAIL THIS WEEK ALONE! They pick & choose what days they deliver anymore. I can see the items I am waiting for in my alert but nothing in the mailbox as it should be!

I am in a business park off of Golden Ring Road, We have not received steady mail in 3 weeks. And thus far no mail in 5 delivering days. I have called the post office with no answer, sent an email inquiry......The most frustrating part is that I can see the postal worker arrive, and he has only be delivering scan-able packages, and leaving. We have 20 boxes, there is no way not a single business has not had mail in five days. The federal government either needs to get the post office on the right track or let it move to the private sector because you simply cannot function as a business that depends on mail when the USPS acts in such fashion.

Hartland Park Apartment (1411 Winter Park Circle ). Top of mail unit is opened. Anyone can take someone mail. This is safety issue. Mail carrier can put in repair order for mail unit to he fix.

I have not received mail for like 5 days..I live on east homberg avenue..I’ve been waiting on a package for almost a month..it was supposed to be delivered today..well it’s now almost 730 pm and nothing..totally ridiculous! Do your jobs or find another one if you can’t slackers!

Getting late notices from all my creditors due to mail taking over 20 days to get recipient! My mail is getting to me 5 days before the due dates. I thought you were an essential business You need to work longer or hire people wake up and do your job!

We have been trying to resolve an issue with our mail. This was caused when after 30 years our carrier was changed to a new route. Whenever a new carrier works the route, he can't find our house. My wife has been to the office at least 6 times about this issue. She is always told someone will call her, but they don't call. I tried calling this morning,3 times. Let it ring over 2 minutes. I've spoke to someone at my Congressman's office, and he agreed to open an inquiry. They get a 0 out of 5.

I am not receiving any of my mail especially mail that has any type of card in the mail.

Lets Face it, there is no known way to complain or be heard. Try any means to file a complaint, you run into form filing and dead end tele prompts. I will try any conceivable way to go around USPS or pay the extra money for another carrier when dealing with purchases or other transactions of any kind.

I have waited for my mail box key for 3 months now?! Crazy right. I ran into the guy who changes them at my mail box but he couldn’t do mine. Seemed lazy to be honest. I watched him change one for another neighbor when they asked and he did it. I have lost mail! I ordered my child’s birth certificate for school and I can’t enroll until I get mail!!!! I live in Essex right off 702, I havent received any mail in almost 3 weeks and I've been waiting on important documents. Is there some way that I can personally pick my mail up. I dont understand whats going on.

Why is mail not being delivered in my neighborhood? Everyone is complaining about not getting mail or have it delivered to the wrong address. This is a problem and an answer to explain the service issues would be appreciated. I would call but my neighbor told me no one answers the phone. What is going on...why has this post office taken a nose dive? Thank you.

WOW after reading some of these reviews I’m seeing that I’m not the only one who thinks this office IS indeed one of the worst there is out there. This office should be investigated inside and outside top to bottom through the Office of Inspectors. Noticeably customer experience is out the door and the employees could care less about anyone who walks through the door. The office itself cannot hold onto employees with a huge turn over rate that reflects extremely poorly of the office post master. That is her office and her team which is a BIG BIG reflection of her. After running into issues after my dog BLINKED at a mail carrier I’ve had the worst customer experience there is ever to give to ones consumers. This ENTIRE office needs replacing OR JUST SHUT IT DOWN!!!! These employees are NOT worth the pay check. Seriously!! What a disgrace and what a poor representation of the USPS!! Time to clean HOUSE!!

The mailman for the unit block of Stemmers Run Road is not doing his job my mail has been found on the ground by neighbors and mail has been left at 2 different addresses. Yesterday a small package of mine was founded on the sidewalk. One package was sent 4 weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. But they said it was delivered. How can you put up with this all the time. If you don't do your job right then why stay at it. This is unacceptable.

This is the worst Post office I have ever had to deal with! NOBODY will answer the phone when I called to ask about a package that was "Delivered, In/At Mailbox. Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 6:49PM on February 5,2019 in Essex MD 21221, Essex MD 21221" LIKE HELL IT WAS!!!! I DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!!! So when you need help on anything postal related these people who work here don't want to pick up the phone to help you! Customer service is horrible! It seems like I get a different mail carrier everyday and the look of these people is a look of "OH GOD THAT IS WHAT IS DELIVERING MY MAIL!" It seems like they are young people who don't dress like a mail carrier. Their look is sloppy!

This post office needs to be shut down it's they slowest ratchet ass post office I have ever visit .It's always 1 person at the front desk with 30 people in the line when you can hear 50 employees in the back.They pick up the phone and hang up on you they always putting my mail in the wrong mailbox and always putting the wrong mail in my mailbox. We clearly have different addresses and last names they need to stay off their phones and maybe this won't happen. I hear them on their phones laughing and talking and rapping or singing this ain't American idol do your damn job and stop messing up people mail.

For the past 6 months our mail has been late or delivered to our neighbors and we are getting theirs. Why is this so hard? All of our houses have numbers on them. Can't your employees read or are they just incompetent. Maybe you need to send them back to school to relearn their numbers and while your at it teach them how to do their jobs. We pay for your services, start earning your money for a change.

For the past few years, we have not been getting our mail until well after 630 pm, assuming we get anything at all 95% of the time. I understand mistakes happen but it's been brought to my attention that some of our mail is being delivered to the wrong addresses. Our neighbors have brought us our mail from BGE and other bills we have to pay over a week or more late and it's because we are not getting our mail!

Usually, postal service is good, fast, and reliable. However, on January 3, 2017, I mailed my rent check and a check to an individual. I thought my rent and the individual were paid. However, on January 13, 2017, yesterday, I received a letter from the rental office saying my rent was late, and I must pay my rent plus $45.00 in fees, and they must be paid by certified check or money order. It costs $35.00 each to put a stop payment on each check. I have to go to the bank for those. I'm on a fixed income, $45.00 is a lot to me. Also, I have medical and psychiatric conditions which makes it EXTREMELY DIFFICULY for me to go places. I rarely go anywhere. The individual I mailed a check to did not receive his check either. I called the post office on January 14, 2017. A very nice and sweet woman told me they cannot find out what happend to my mail without a tracking number. She said "I'm sorry". So, I must pay all those fees, and suffer the disgrace and shame of paying my rent late when IT WAS NOT MY FAULT MY RENT WAS LATE.

They keep saying they deliver my packages when they didn't, they said they left notice when they didn't. And my house is unsecured so they can't leave it, mind you I've been home all day and night. Do you guys reprimand your carriers cause all I keep getting is iam sorry.

They keep losing my packages! What is going on with this PO? 7 packages with tracking, disappear on the truck? Total incompetence!
