The postal worker decided she’s not going to deliver me my mail. She says it’s because she can’t get to the mailbox, because I have a chain lock gate she doesn’t want to use to come up on the porch. She prefer to climb the railings porch to porch . Pushing around and knocking over porch furniture . I won’t allow her to climb my rail. So now I get my mail 1 month late. Who do I talk to . This is so wrong

This is the absolute worst post office. The supervisor is an inconsiderate ignorant person. She gives you the nastiest attitude no matter who you are. There doors were locked because they didn’t have clerks to help anyone. We haven’t gotten mail in over a week because all out mail is sitting on the dock at the post office due to them not having sorters. Absolutely ridiculous!!! People are waiting for checks, time sensitive material, important papers and this is how you treat our mail. Maybe if the supervisor wasn’t such an ignorant person we wouldn’t have these problems.

This is the second time that people have had mail they've sent to me returned, and stamped "Vacant". The first time this happened, I made it very clear that my house wasn't vacant, despite that I couldn't necessarily pick up my mail from my very large mailbox every day. Now this is happening again. I cannot understand it. Additionally, I cannot get through on the phone. Terrible service.

Once again we have a big problem with the service of highlandtown post office with new African American lady and her horrible attitude to everyone. She is condicending, dismissive and not helpful. It’s like she is doing you a favor, unacceptable given i spend 200 to 500 on usps a month. We can’t take her attitude anymore she needs to go and replace to someone who is helpful and kind. We hate complaining but enough is enough. We endured this with the last person who was their for years.

I haven't been receiving my mail on a regular basis. I've called my local branch for the last twohrs no answer. The documents I've been waiting for should of been here a week ago? I'm wondering If someone stealing my mail , put it on hold or what? Please email me n let me know what is going on!

I went to this post office, stood in a long line, which gave me time to observe the lone clerk, I believe his name was Rick. I was amazed at the smiles and pleasant manner with which Rick greeted each customer. when it was my turn I told him if he doesn't get a little more negative and arbitrary he is going to ruin the bad reputation of the USPS. But the reputation was kept in tact when Rick told me I would have to see the manager, I waited 45 minutes for him to come out from the back. He told me he would get back to me but he never called. I called their phone number many times which is never answered, I was put through to the only VM that I have ever called that doesn't allow you to leave a message, I even sent a fax but received no response. I stopped in 3 or 4 times over a period of 3 months but the manager was either "Out, on Vacation or Sick Leave" I'm glad Rick turned me over to the manager or I wouldn't be able to continue to describe the USPO as the very worst organization in the Country.
