I live at 9623 Gerst Rd Perry Hall MD 21128 and our mail carrier will not deliver our mail or pick up, because he has an issue with backing up after delivering the mail.

Saturday, Feb 11. I watched the new postal worker ride by my house without picking up or delivering my mail. Bring Joy back. This new one is lazy and not doing her job. We never had that issue before. 5019 Tartan Hill Road, Perry Hall, MD 21128

Witnessed a mail carrier walking up to our home today with a package in hand through our security cameras. The mail carrier is shown tossing the package onto our porch not once but twice! To make matters worse, the package was clearly marked "fragile!" This type of act is careless, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and beyond rude! USPS needs to address these matters so that customers do not experience such matters!

The service from this facility has gotten increasingly worse over the last several years. Mail boxes after delivery are left open and mail is found scattered on the ground, packages sent to the correct address are transferred by them to other offices and take days or weeks to arrive. Speaking to them direct doesn’t seem to get any reaction.I guess the next step is to involve our congressman.

I have had several problems with the Nottingham Post Office such as not getting mail and packages for a few days after I know they were scheduled for delivery, Some of this mail is important to my well being and it takes up to five (5) days to show up. In addition, I've found my mail and others in the street. Some mail never seems to get delivered or packages come a few days late. Their is NO excuse for this or the condition the mail is received sometimes. It's just a job to these carriers and they don't care. Since the mail service is so poor is it possible to pick it up?

I haven't gotten mail on a Saturday in years. Pretty sure holding mail is illegal. When I bought planetary stamps, both times I tried to use Uranus my stamp was ripped off and my letter returned to me with a note about not having postage. They need to be investigated by the postmaster general.

Again, a postal carrier who cannot read & is absolutely careless! He jammed 2 thick 9x12 packages, 1 full-size 200-pg magazine, a greeting card, & 2 oversized brochures into 1 regular size mailbox today. Both packages were marked HANDLE WITH CARE. The contents of both packages were damaged as well as magazine cover. Will call but it will happen again; they don't care!!

Quite literally the worst post office I've ever been to. They have trouble with everything from knowing how to hold mail, to finding mail to getting a new mailbox key! The clerk FORGOT to write down my apartment number so life changing mail has been in my box and unable to be retrieved for a week. There's something wrong with these folks.

Carriers and counter staff have been polite and efficient. All mail to and from me has been delivered promptly. Can't recall any lapses at all. A model P.O.

This post office is terrible. I wish I knew who I could talk to about the problems I am having because I have spoken to the manager 3 times sent 3 emails and still having problems. Talking to her is not doing any good.

Terrible post office (and or mail man)! Keep getting mail for other addresses and other streets in my development. Missed two very important appointments because letters advising me of them did not get delivered to me until several days later!!! My neighbor did not get her Rx drugs even though the post office records show them as "delivered". Delivered to where or whom is the question. I believe the post office has a bunch of flunkies working there. No wonder they are losing money....besides email, people are using more reliable methods of delivery such as UPS and FedEx.

This post office is terrible. I ordered festival tickets valued at over $600 dollars a few months back and during that time I moved from Nottingham to Baltimore. Like a responsible adult, I forwarded my mail to my new address. After receiving an e-mail saying my package shipped, I tracked it a few days later and they had delivered it at my old address! When I called to ask, they kept my on hold for 40 minutes and said there was nothing they could do. After I questioned them about the value of my package and how it was their fault that it was lost, they put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I have never felt so disrespected by a company in my life.

The worst post office! Within 6 months, they've lost two packages of mine and basically told me good luck. If I had the choice, I'd never ever deal with them. Cant wait to move and hope they are not my local USPS. Never had these problems and they are so careless about it too! Poor customer service. Needs new management and people need to be seriously held accountable for "losing" packages.

I called this post office to find out where my package was.It was mailed on Dec. 12th.via FedEx and then general delivery.  According to the tracking number from FedEx they dropped this package on Dec. 18th at the Nottingham Post Office to be delivered. Today is the 24th. The package has still not arrived. I called the post office and was put on hold for 43 minutes. Nobody ever came back to the phone. I dialed again and got a different person. They told me that I needed their tracking number not the one for FedEx. I called FedEx. They verified it was dropped at the Nottingham Post Office on Dec. 18th to be delivered by the regular mail man and there was no tracking number for drop offs by FedEx. The post office screwed up a package last year that I sent as a Christmas gift. It tool over 2 weeks to get to the destination and I sent it priority. It was a small package. Needless to say it arrived after Christmas. The post office sucks. No wonder they're losing money. UPS for me from now on!
