I recently moved into an office in town and instead of delivering my mail, it was forwarded somewhere, who knows where, not the mail carrier. I know one piece of mail was returned to one of my clients but that took over 1 month to happen. Another client mailed a payment to me from Lowell on 10/25, I'm still waiting for it to arrive. If anyone from the Wilmington Post office is reading this please respond I need to get my mail, my business is on the line!!

This place is absolutely the worst!!! I pay for a P.O. Box here and it is suppose to be accessible till 5:30pm Monday -Friday. This is the third time I went to get my mail there after work and the doors were locked at 5:25pm. I literally rush there from work with still 5 minutes to spare and I’m locked out.. Today I got there at 5:26pm and AGAIN the door is locked. I see someone inside so I decide to knock on the door. I see her walking away so I knock louder. She finally comes and let’s me in but has an attitude about it. She tells me never knock on her door like that! Like wtf??? Who says that?.. So I tell her there is no reason why she needs to lock the door before closing time and I’m rushing here from work. Instead of being understanding, instead she proceeds to get into a shouting match with me outside. So unprofessional and rude, she needs to be fired. I will be calling during business hours to report her for this and to let them know their employees are closing up before 5:30pm. I hate this place so much and once my 6 months are up, I will be transferring my P.O. Box to another location.

I have been on Presidential Drive in Wilmington for over 40 years the mail service has never been worst . No mail , mail delivered as late as 9 PM if it comes . 2 mail trucks driving up and down the street deriving packages completely lost. One mail truck with only one head light and using a flash light inside the truck to read the mail . What is going on , in Wilmington ma. go to mail every other day and hire and train , SOME NEW PEOPLE & fix the equipment .

The mail carrier that deliveries my bills must WEAR GLASSES or LEARN TO READ! He/she is dropping some of my bills and banks statements to another residence or throwing them in the trash? and some of my neighbor's health insurance letters to my house. Now I have to pay $24.00 late fees because I did not receive the invoice in my house. Crap!

The drivers are driving to fast on small roads. Need to be noticed in meetings, some drivers go about 40, when the speed limit on west street in Wilmington is 30 to 25. They should not be texting or be talking while working on the job. I have noticed some drivers do this.
