First, I would like to complement our newest Post Lady, Larysa whose supervisor is Harry. When she delivers on our route, she always is here before noon and is extremely friendly. Unfortunately, Rte.72 is not an assigned route. We do not have the same person all of the time. Most of the time, our mail is delivered every day but lately, we have seen the truck ride by and not stop. We would love to see Larysa permanently assigned to our route because she is consistent and friendly. Our neighbors feel the same way! We are familiar with 2 of the guys that deliver but... they fill in as well. The mail person that has ridden by us a couple of times, we are not familiar with. We would appreciate a mail person assigned to Rte 72 (preferably, Larysa!) as our mail is important to our business.

Wanted to thank the employees of the Woburn post office snd in particular Pam - who helped my package that was making the round throughout the USA since October 2022 (was sent overseas on 7/7/3022) snd never claimed- to finally reach me unharmed.

For the 3rd time this week we did not receive mail. Live in a condo at Summit Drive in Reading. Our regular delivery person is on vacation and we all know that times are tough but people need their mail. If we don't get a bill that is due until after it's due we will start charging the post office for the bill.

Went to post office to get my passport done. Woman working that department gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude and unprofessional. If you do not enjoy your job and cannot handle it find a new profession.

I have a question: Was the Post Office open on Saturday, 1/9/22, and on Monday, 1/10/22, for home delivery and pick-up? I have not been able to reach anyone at the Washington St., Woburn phone numbers to try to get an answer to my question. I have called 6 times from 1:00 p.m. through 1:45 p.m. today, January 10th, but got no reponses - phones just ring and ring and ring. I have pick-up and I am waiting for delivery of important documents - both on short time lines for receipt and response. Please advise as to what is the problem and will my mail be both picked-up and delivered to my home. I look forward to a speedy response. Thank you.

Filing a complaint - male driver, mid 40's, driving on Traverse Street Woburn, near Burlington border at about 10:00am. (April 24th)
This driver was obnoxious & used profanity as I was pushing my infant in a stroller on the street near the curb today - which is trash day. The sidewalk was 100% unwalkable due to the amount of trash bins. He yelled at us as he passed by, totally oblivious to anything other than getting out of his way. Guarantee he doesn't have kids. Please file this as a complaint against him.

Never had an issue until yesterday. We had a few packages. The mail carrier stuffed our mailbox with the packages. Our entire post and box were tipped over ,broken, and our mail was on the street. We were very disappointed that no one wrote a note or came to the door to let us know or attempt to drop packages at door

I have a complaint. I live at Cedar Glen Apartments in Reading. My complaint is that when ever the regular mailman is out our mail is always a mess. People who live here put the right address on their mail with the building # and apartment # and yet it never gets delivered to the right building. Is the person blind or is he or she just too lazy to deliver it to the right building?

Incompetent personnel. The manager and Wilmington supervisor were not at all responsive. The office continued to forward my mail to Florida despite change made in computer on March 14 (confirmation no. 2007-4900-0020-0430). I called twice to correct the problem, second phone call I spoke with Harry who said he would correct the problem which was not corrected. Today I went to post office and spoke with Wilmington supervisor who did not give me an understandable explanation for what went wrong. I would like a meeting with the manager so that I can understand how to avoid this problem in the future.

The delivery supervisor takes his phone off the hook, and the main phone answers with a recording that the person at this number is not taking phone calls. What kind of BS is this? Lazy bums.

A family member moved to my home in late October. He notified his former PO of the move, but did not notify the new PO here in (MA). NONE of his mail has been delivered to his new address. He was expecting important documents necessary to continue his employment which he NEVER received. When I questioned the PO and the carrier I was told by the carrier that he sent all his mail back to it's sender. WHY? Because his name was not on my mailbox. Mind you..no one on my street has their name on their box..only their house number. And we were NEVER told that he had to fill out an address change here.
We have been chasing down his mail for weeks now with no HELP from the PO in trying to locate it. BEWARE...make sure you fill out a change of address form at both former and new PO! It has been nothing short of hell trying to track his mail down.

My family and I have lived in Woburn for over 20 years. We have always had impeccable service by the mail men/women. However, the last few months the service has been horrendous. We don’t get our mail until after 7 o’clock at night and we rarely get all of the mail that is supposed to be coming to the house. There’s been three instances where our mail has gone to a neighbors mailbox and mailman said that it didn’t. We have already gone down to the post office and let them know but it doesn’t seem to fix anything. I don’t know what is going on with the Woburn postal service but something needs to change immediately because this is getting out of control and we are not the only family that feels this way in Woburn lately. If people don’t want to work, then don’t work and let them hire people that actually do want to. Our mail (when it eventually makes it to the house) has also been ruined and/or opened. I’m not one to go out of my way and complain because I’m well aware everyone is human. Everybody has bad days and you can’t allow a fluke situation to be the fuel for a complaint. I’ve been very patient hoping that every week it will be better and every week the mail is getting later. and l I I’m not one to go out of my way and complain because I’m well aware everyone is human everybody has bad days . I’ve been very patient hoping that every week it will be better and every week the mail is getting later and later and we’re not getting all of it. I know it’s the holidays however that has no impact on the situations that I am speaking of. If the workload is too much then they need to go back to whatever they were doing during the summer because everything was fine until the end of summer. I really hope whatever the issue is gets resolved because I’m not the only one running out of patience with this matte

I requested a mail hold starting 2/22/2018, I received an e mail from me neighbor that the mail hasn’t stoped. Thinking I made a mistake I went on line to request a hold. I was informed that I have an active hold now. What is right, I’m confused.
