State Road Post Office mail carriers, especially the one we newly received, is HORRIBLE!!! Every day delivery is later and later, and she doesn't pick up mail left for pickup!! We'd like to get our mail before dark and seeing as how we used to, there doesn't seem to be any excuse as to why it's happening now. Give us a mail carrier that can do the job, properly!

I just wanted to give a big Thank You for the PO’s help yesterday, Aug 6th. I received my package from Young Living Oils and bag was empty. Apparently there was a hole in the bag. I messaged my friend Carrie who delivers to my shop where I got the package and she was on vacation but was helpful to contact the PO to find out if the oils were found. Eventually they were and delivered to me today. So thank you for your help!

Service by branch located on State Road in Westport unacceptable.Mail forwarding ignored by some carriers resulting in some mail, including some important documents, being delivered to home mail box instead of being forwarded.Call to local post office resulted in assurance that all mail was forwarded. After an hour of phone calls to senders of missing mail(they assured me items had been mailed),US Postal service(save your time, they are useless)and local post office(they assured me mail was forwarded or returned to sender and that was not true)I asked a family member to go to my house and a box with lots of first class mail not forwarded was discovered.USPS is useless.

The American Flag at the State Rd location is always displayed in the DARK! The light that is in place iis not adequate. I have brought this to the attention of the clerks, but nothing is ever done. A Federal Buildiing should set an example by displaying the Flag correctly. Thank you

Westport, MA Post Office Delivery person: Really frustrated when a package is tracked to be delivered, and the person with the responsibility decides to lie about ACCESS being not available, so they just don't deliver. We had a huge snow storm, but we were entirely plowed out the entire drive way immediately after the snow storm. UPS delivered twice yesterday, but the supposed, RELIABLE POST OFFICE, "promising to deliver rain, snow or sleet" lies with a cop-out saying reason can't deliver, NO ACCESS! Hope that person enjoyed their nap along the side of the road or whatever else they decide to do when they are supposed to be out doing their job. I have noticed this several times, especially on Saturdays, no delivery, but really, a package I had for a very sweet widow to be able to give it to her ON Valentine's Day already wrapped pretty, etc...and it is "still out for delivery". I was to have it yesterday! No matter, I paid the shipping on my end, and planned ahead! This widow's wedding Anniversary would of been today, and my package is somewhere with the postal driver! Somebody else would really like that job that this postal worker has! Just so sad to be able to have a job with our government, but uses every excuse in the book to NOT have to do what they signed up to do. Really irked at some people's laziness to just do what they are paid to do. If you don't want to deliver the mail and packages, and you have to lie, so your day is cut short, please just either stay home or get a desk job, but don't do something that really impacts other people on a day to day basis. MY UPS driver is AWESOME!!
