The person (female) has zero custom service skills. Went in with a complaint about a package. Sorry, that’s the way it is.you have repay for a package they didnt deliver? What! Looks like I will be using other services for my deliveries in the future. No wonder the USPS is on the road to complete failure! They just dont care!!

I live at 398 Barnes St, Fall River. I am writing because on an almost daily basis, I receive some other people's mail. I repeatedly write "wrong address" on them but the letter carrier continues to give me the mail for someone who lived at my home 3 years ago! Today I received mail for a different person with my address. Doesn't my mail carrier read? I am hoping this note will stop the problem. Thanks
