I have been extremely unhappy with the United States Postal Service. They have not been delivering mail to my home nor to my tenants' home for 2 Months now. I have tried accommodate and not start a ruckus and have been picking up the mail for my tenants and and myself. Suddenly I am told that I cannot pick up their mail which isn't being delivered. This has caused friction between myself and my tenants. I feel that they are short staffed "mail carriers "and finding any excuse to not deliver. The excuse is that there are dogs on the property however these dogs are on Leashes when taken out and shock collars when they go and do their duty. There has never been an instance where the dogs have harmed anyone for that matter. Also, during the summer when my dog was in the house with the window open it would bark which is natural however the dog was in the house always. Now I have also moved all mail boxed to the front house however there also seem to be a problem with that. Needless to say I have been getting the run around from these people and am very disappointed. My bills and my tenants bill are not being paid on time because of this issue. Cause us to have bad credit when it really isn't our fault. I am hoping to speak to the postmaster Chuck again today to try once again to get this resolved. Hopefully it will.

I have become very concerned about what is happening to mail I have not gotten in months. I have not received any of my two credit card bills or Comcast for months or a weekly magazine I have subscribed to for about 7 years and is still good until March. I have lived at my current address for 9 years. This has never been a problem. I probably haven't gotten much more but as of now these items are all that has arisen due to overdue notices. There are too many missing mailings over an extended period to be chance. I would appreciate it being investigated. My local branch is President Ave. Please email for phone number, exact address or more detail. Thank you in advance.

A package I ordered a month ago tracking says arrived in Fall River MA on Dec. 18th and had apparently fallen into a black hole. It is now Dec. 22 and there is no new information. This is the absolute worst delivery service in America. It was to be a Christmas present. So disappointed !! What are you doing with our packages that anything should sit there for five days without moving forward towards it’s destination. Horrendous service.

Our mail person has a personal vendetta to find every excuse not to deliver. We have to park further away than a fire hydrant for them to “be able” to deliver it. They will deliver to our neighbor down the road if their car is directly in front. This person is unfit to do their job and needs to be fired!

Do not receive market flyers or coupons when regular mail carrier is not working. What happens to these flyers as if I do not know.

THEY DON'T DELIVER ON MLK DAY WHEN MOST PEOPLE ARE HOME TO ACCEPT PACKAGES, THEN LEAVE A NOTE WITH THEIR MINIMAL HOURS OF 9-5 FOR PICK UP... WHAT DO THEY THINK PEOPLE'S WORK HOURS ARE? 11AM-2PM? I LEAVE THE HOUSE AT 540AM AND DON'T GET HOME UNTIL 630PM. I SHOULD NOT NEED TO TAKE TIME OUT OF WORK JUST TO GET A MAIL WHICH I PAID THE POSTAGE FOR...

Really tired of never knowing if we're getting our mail or not. Everyday a different time. Try to catch mail person but I don't think we have a regular delivery person. This is the Irving Street are.
