This is the most pathetic post office and service we have ever had and I have lived many places! We are always getting someone else's mail for one. Not to mention we have had to put a mailbox out at the street because mail carrier was afraid of our indoor dog. Ok, we are passed that. But why can't he bring our mail up to the mailbox that is on our house and there is a clear path through the snow to get to it. Our mailbox on the street is buried in the snow! The person at the post office was very rude and indignant when I called to make the request to temporarily bring mail to the house. This is another pissed off customer!

Why in the world would you guys think that properly delivering packages would entail giving your postal workers a bunch of boxes with NO LIST OF ADDRESSES TO DELIVER THEM TO? I know this is the 2nd time in a week that you guys have shafted your employees by leaving them with much less than the tools required to do their job efficiently and correctly. SHAME ON YOU. Signed, A PO'ed CUSTOMER
