Salem Post Ioffice does passport when they are short handed. Also were very helpful and accommodating. Guess I know where to go next time

Why cant I apply for my passport during the time frames you have posted? And the rude woman who works for your office tells us they are short handed and it’s not her fault Very Poor business

Package expected by 8pm today. Just got mail, no package. Ok, thanks. The service at this location has sucked since they had stupid “efficiency expert” come through. Yeah, it is much more efficient when you just don’t deliver people’s mail. What the heck?

3 phone calls to the post office to say I m not getting my mail and still am not getting my mail. In fact I was told at 10:20am today that they had a mail delivery for me. 7:10 pm and no mail. I am expecting medication and don’t know what to do with out it.
