My package took 9 days from Wisconsin to Beverly- no tracking information for 5 days while in transit. Requested parcel to be left on the side porch. Today I received an email that a notice was left at my request. No process to get answers during that entire time. The tracking system is useless and leaving instructions for delivery was useless.

I drove down here from Mattawa as that location is closed on Saturdays- the internet says this is open until noon on Saturday- nope…. Got here at 11:05 am closed webpage is NOT accurate

Called 3 times to 978-922-3338 to ask about the status on my PO Box and was hung up on 3 times! Absolutely useless! Called 800-275-8777 and had to listen to automated talk for 15 minutes on nothing that concerned me! Refused to give me to a representative! Absolutely useless! Hate dealing with the Post Office! No professionalism!
