I drove to the Swampscott post office on Sunday and mailed a couple of small packages (that fit in the mailbox) with postage paid. It’s Tuesday night and I still have not received tracking info. You’d think that I would have since I dropped in a box RIGHT in front of the mailbox. This is the third time this has happened, so it’s not just a fluke. Don’t they pick up from the box in front of the post office...? So odd!!

oh dear, the swampscott post lady just screamed how hot it was with an expletive with children on the street, delivered the mail, then drove away very fast. very fast! help someone, please. swampscott post office and employees could be better than this. scared.

The worker LOIS at the Swampscott Post Office is so unbelievably rude. This is the second time I have walked out!! It's hard to believe in this small town that people can be so unfriendly and unprofessional.
