I am concerned that the clerks at the Erlanger branch were not wearing masks today when I went inside. Some customers (mostly older in age) were wearing theirs. I thought masks were required for businesses to be open? Also, the clerk was wearing gloves, which actually does nothing, according to the CDC. Masks are highly recommenced.

Hello, I live on Fir Tree in Erlanger. Over the past few months I have noticed a definite increase in receiving mail which is not mine. Also the delivery time is quite varied (not sure what that’s about). Often my mail box lid will be left open hanging down. Yes it closes tightly with a simple push to lock. The other issue is not taking stuff out of the box which I have left to mail. I don’t put put the flag up because that signals anyone- come get it. When this happens ,the mail I was intending to send is mixed with the incoming mail for that day. I usually lean the outgoing mail standing up near the opening to avoid such a mistake. Not sure what the issue might be but its different than years past. thanks for your attention.
