I am so disappointed in our postal service. They hired a new courier for our route and I honestly believe he is just not up to speed with regulations and procedures. We run a business from our home and he has on multiple times failed to pick up from us when I have confirmation submitted requesting so. Today, my husband set a package out for shipment on the front corner (plain sight) to be picked up. I saw it when I left for my appointment (and btw we have never had an issue with theft in our cul-de-sac due to the number of police in our neighborhood), but it was gone and I get notification he stopped by but there was no package. I feel he took the package and didn't scan it on purpose because I've had to report him 3 times. Again, there is zero reason for me to believe this package was stolen from our porch in broad daylight. I'm not very trusting of the postal employee on this route. I miss my regular girl!

Rude clerk, made an assumption about my sister based on her appearance and flat out LIED to her that he could not cash a USPS money order made out to her, because it was not made out to the post office. She has been battling cancer for over a year, and he treated her like she was a drug addict! Very disheartening to someone who is fighting for her life! Maybe on the off chance that you are mistaken in your assumptions, and to save someone who is already on a difficult journey from more heartache, you keep your assumptions to yourself and do your JOB.
