Where can I find information on buying & delivering a box for mailing & stamps?

The post woman just left packages on the ground by the apartment mailboxes so anyone could just take them. Thank god I got there when I did to find my package, this in unacceptable. They should leave them at the persons DOOR not just out where anyone could take them.

Tried stealing our package, which included an expensive tablet. I paid for shipping, and it was never received by the person I was sending it to. So after two weeks, I went here to ask what's going on, and they never sent it out, and it was removed from one of its boxes (since it's fragile I put it into two boxes) and was kept in the back room. I should've realized that something was wrong when they never gave me a tracking number. They didn't give any excuses, only that they "misplaced it". DON'T trust this place.

Have tried multiple times on multiple days to call this post office and the ringing stops, my call shows cancelled on my cell. It’s the number listed by the post office. Yesterday an amazon package was sent there for delivery, but now it appears the post office is holding it and not delivering it. Super frustrating.

The same thing is happening to me except they are sending it back. Saying it was the wrong address which is not correct it was the right adress and I can not get anyone to pick up the phone to try and stop it from being returned as I need this package i don’t have time for it to go back this is bs
