It is now 6:45 on Friday and we have not had a mail delivery since Wednesday. I am expecting a check that needs to be deposited and knowing that Monday is a holiday, I am screwed!

This location is so very convenient. It is always clean and well stocked with supplies. The hours are good and the DIY station is very nice. HOWEVER, the clerk whose name tag says Gabriel never smiles and does not appear to enjoy his work. He is very abrupt if you ask him a question and very dismissive in his response.

I have never been disappointed in the services provided at this location or the professionalism of the postal staff This was especially true in early 2020 with the virus impacting every part of life

Prairie Village office at Tomohawk and 69th is supposed to open at 8:30am , but on June 29, they still weren't open at 9:00am. I could see the employee inside which didn't arrive until 8:45, but she wouldn't come to the door or answer the buzzer.. I finally left wasting 30 mins of my day considering I was going to have to drive to another office..

On Saturday I was pressed for time so I sent a bank deposit from Prairie village to Lenexa by mail- expecting it to post in three days or four. After 10 days I am still waiting for it to show up. The bank says their mail has been taking a week to arrive from anywhere in the county! Needless to say I am steamed at that- but trying to get a call or anyone in the post office to help me out has been impossible-their response sounds like its from a third world country. They couldn't care less- and still have no earthly clue about anything. It's almost hilarious. Needless to say- DO NOT TRUST THE POST OFFICE WITH ANYTHING IMPORTANT!!!!
