A package has been stuffed into my mail box which I cannot remove by hand, or with any implement I can think of. When there is a box designed for packages which is available, why would this happen? My address is 5033 West 120th Terrace, O.P., KS 66209.

I live in 7100 block of Robinson St Overland Park. We haven't had mail delivery all week. But some people on other side streets around us have. A couple of us have mail out to b picked up so we know no one has come by. Plus no tracks in snow-- and yes it's scooped. Some of us are seniors and we need our mail. We have been having trouble ever since this summer with this gal. She delivers up to 8 pm and after, which I realize is dangerous for her, but it scares the crap out of most of us to have someone at our front door after dark. Especially when a flashlight comes through the shades on front windows. If we aren't going to get mail then how come others are. Plus couldn't we somehow be made aware of a whole week without it?? My bills are now late. Plus being disabled and broken shoulder I had to drive myself to post office to mail the bills off. My neighbor is even older and she headed to post office this morning with hers. We have no special anything going on that would explain this. And it's really great that we can't seem to find anyone to actually talk to about it. So I have no belief that this review will help at all!!!

I sent a Priority mail package from NC to my son in Overland Park, KS. I tracked it and received a "delivered" notification. However, several hours later my son told me that it did not arrive. When I called the Overland Park office it was almost 5 pm and I was sure no one would answer, but they did and the gentleman I spoke to was kind and patient and solved the problem within an hour. Thank you very much for stepping up to help! I am most grateful.

I used the Post Office at 8010 Conser, Overland Park, KS 66204. I mailed bills and Christmas cards on 12/11/2017. They were mailed inside and in the morning. They should have gone out that evening. They have not reached their local destinations as of today 12/15/2017. Obviously they did not go out that day or possibly even the next. What is the reason for this? I will avoid using this branch from now on.
