My family and I went in to get our passports today and unfortunately got the appointment time mixed up. The blonde lady who was there was beyond rude to my family. She was not helpful and very belittling. We had our two small children with us and even my son asked, “why was that lady so crabby?”. This was my first experience with this post office and I will NEVER go in there again. We we warned about this particular lady and she has lived up to her reputation! My only regret was not catching her name.

The drive through mail box outside the post office in Granger, IN is very difficult to use. First, the curved drive is cute but difficult to manage in snowy conditions. Second, the opening slot on the mail box is very high, and if you are driving in a lower vehicle, you have to reach so high in order to put your mail in the slot. Sorry to complain, but it isn't very convenient to use

in 44 years living in Granger , Never have gone 4 days without getting some kind of mail. Even during the blizzard of 78. This year no mail, normally see mail trucks go by here on Fir rd. and Douglass at least 3 each day . Not these last 4 days . What the heck is going on?

How difficult is it to close a mailbox door? So tired of wet mail because of the rain and snow because the driver is too lazy to close the door.

What are the snow rules for mail delivery? I.e. how many feet have to be cleared of snow? What happens to undelivered mail. Can it be picked up from post office?

I also believe that those incentives should be investigated also to Management!
