Watched my carrier throw my package on my porch instead of walking up two steps. Package could have easily have fit in the mailbox but no attempt was made! What about porch pirates! And it’s impossible to get ahold Of anyone!

Okay so I got a confirmation that a package has been delivered in/ at mail box well when I looking at it it said in south bend okay for 1. I don't live in south bend and 2. I have no forwarding address so how are you going to ship my package to south bend when I live in Osceola

I received a delivery confirmation for a large shelf unit I purchased. I did not receive it. When I looked at the tracking it said my package was left at my mailbox. Left at my mailbox!?!?!?!?! I live on a very busy street and my expensive item was left on the side of the road? On the side of the road for the next person to just load into their vehicle?!?!?!?!?! This is not ok! Large packages that do not fit in mailbox should NEVER be left laying on the side of the road! It should absolutely be placed on the porch. Now I need to know how someone is going to make this right?

Very upset right now! Put hold on mail while on vacation, got email from post office stating mail would be delivered the day after I returned. Day came, Aug 28, post officer carrier came, no mail delivered! Had to call post office, man there said it was still at post office, mumbled something like, we have substitutes, and sorry but I could drive down and pick it up! If I wanted to drive and pick it up I would have checked that box when I originally put my hold in! Was expecting something important!

I live in village green where our packages are put into a locked bin. I am missing several things that i Know WERE SHIPPED. These were christmas gifts for my grandchildren. In all 5 packages are missing. Could someone speak to my carrier and find out what is going wrong ?
