I sent my gift on Nov 30, 2020. I checked tracking on this item and it sat at a facility for over 10 days. Yesterday I get notice it’s in PA. NOW TODAY it’s in GARY, IN I paid priority mail 2 day delivery, this is absolutely ridiculous my package is suppose to be in North Dakota and it’s in Gary IN

had three packages coming today. all saying out for delivery. waited all day for them. got emails tonight saying they weren't able to deliver them and i need to pick up at the carrier tomorrow. what. that truck never stopped or even slowed down. it came down the street at 7 pm. it seemed to pick up alot of speed. all three packages were unable to be delivered??? two would fit in my mail box. but then we got no mail whatsoever. they need to fire these people who do not work and hire some that will.

my mail carrier couldn't deliver my mail today because of the snow? She delivered as a courtesy yesterday. apparently had to get out of her vehichle and put into mailbox. But today she aint having it?? Lived out here in a semi rural area 30 years and this is the first!!!

I moved to the New Colonies Apartments over 2 months ago and completed a change of address form however I have not received any mail in the two months that I have been here. I have visited and called the office numerous times just to be told they don't have my mail they will call back when the carrier is in. I haven't recieved a call back yet ! I am missing medical cards and multiple packages. I called Matteson post office and they said they sent my mail to Steger. Where is my mail, I need answers !!

I received two packages today and they were left on the ground by my mail box!! If we didn't see the mail truck anybody driving by could have taken them! My mail box is on a busy street. You have always drove down our driveway and left near front door. Can you tell me why today was different? I will be calling the Steger post office tomorrow with my concerns.
