I will be submitting a claim; however a package of mine that was mailed from Scarsdale, NY to this location had a very valuable item stolen from the box and the box was then taped back up. The mailman was supposed to request a signature but he did not and left it on the porch. I am appalled and highly upset to realize that such a theft occurred since this has never happened to me before.

Not one employee there can get mailing addresses right. Mail every day going to other people and person checks being stolen!

Packages never get delivered. Just pitiful how incompetent usps employees are and are not held accountable.

What is the problem with delivering packages to the designated mailbox or door of the residents when there are boxes too large for a mailbox? Why would a reasonably minded individual sit a package at the sidewalk on a pillar where flower planters are sitting? This is absolutely unacceptable and the person taking phone calls has no etiquette as far as handling complaints. When did public service workers become so in ept, uncaring, unbothered, lazy, and derilect.

Has Saturday delivery been halted? I have not had Saturday delivery of mail for 3 weeks. I have asked my neighbors and they haven't gotten mail either.

I had three return packages picked up on 07 October 2016 and as of this evening, 13 October 2016, they are still sitting at the post office waiting to be returned to the sender. What in God's name is the problem? I do watch the progress of ALL of my shipments. Secondly, how many times does a person have to request/file complaints regarding not putting shipping envelopes through the mail slot? Would you like to be held accountable for the damaged merchandise? I bet if the money came out of your pockets, you'd be more conscientious.
