Why was the outdoor drive by mail box closed. It is a huge inconvenience to park the car and go inside to mail a letter. Especially when it is busy. This service should be re-instated.

Now I'm scared. I recently moved here but processed my forward address almost 2 months ago and then even going back to ca to verify the forward information to prospect heights was being done since I found my mail in my old box and mailman confirmed he never had a forward confirmation to prospect heights. So that was over a month ago. I barely get any mail when I use to get mail every day! I have a business and alot of medical but nothing come thru. I'm on my way to post Office in prospect heights because of the very letter that I mailed Feb 22nd in ca has not arrived yet and it's March 2nd now. What's up?!? Maybe ula is right and something fishy or stinky is happening in this p.o. place. What's up postman/woman? Not enough help? Or did you return my mail without my permission too? I hope not. Human rights office here I come! Goodluck!

At the Prospect Heights I can get the worst service ever. Nobody knows what's going on they returning 90% of my mail with out my permission.
