Postal Locations

We live in a condo and get our mail every other day during a good week. The mail has been delivered as late as 9:00 P.M. What's going on? I tried calling, but no one answers.

To the upper level management Wheeling Post Office on 250 W Dundee Rd, Wheeling, IL 60090. I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service Ms. Morcaydes had been provided for me on Thursday, September 15, 2022. I have received return to sender registered letter and no one was able to refund my expenses. It was easy and simple issue however nobody was able to take responsibilities for refund. Ms. Morcaydes patiently with all attention to details, took her time investigate the issue, and after she had verified I deserve the refund. She authorized release the refund. I won't hesitate to refer her name to other Wheeling residence. If I can put in a good word for you to the upper level management, don't hesitate to ask. I will confirm my letter. I work at a business in Wheeling and unless the mail carrier has a delivery or parcel for us, they dont stop at our location. We have outgoing mail that sits in our out box for a week at a time waiting for a mail carrier to show up. They just drive right on by unless they have something for us. Why?

The package was never delivered to the recipient and was returned to sender. It sais "no such name" on it. Although, the person who was supposed to receive the package lives there for more than 12 years, has her name on the mail box et receives other mail delivered from the same post office. When asked for explication or reimbursement policy at the Wheeling post office, no assistance was given. The rude superviser just shut the door in the face, saying she'll do her investigation. I received a damaged package this weekend. Someone took a bladed object and slashed through half my package and damaged expensive clothing. The item is sold out and cannot be replaced.

Saw a Black Female Postal worker (on 6-22-20) drop 10 Wheeling News Flyers in a hallway in Lexington Commons, that had only 4 mailboxes. I live down the street and got NONE. It's important to know what my village has to say, especially regarding COVID. This is totally unacceptable. How many village residence are now in the dark because of this lazy postal worker?? I am disgusted.

UPS Hold service never delivered accumulated mails for 10 days of Christmas Holidays. At the post office - they checked and they do not have anything. The delivery man is saying "He put the mail on the day scheduled". But Postal box had only one day mail - not accumulated package??? No-one is helping.

Same problem Amazon said it’s delivered nothing in the mailbox , I called person was so rude I just finally talk back and said you don’t have the right to talk like that and she wanted the tracking number which I called and got it and when I called back that lady basically told me it’s New Year’s Eve we don’t have time for this in so many words and hung up on me After telling me everybody was in a meeting and third phone call woman was halfway decent but basically started giving me oh truck broke down person sick supervisor this and now I’m finally waiting for them to research the tracking number they are so rude I’d like to know what they are doing working there

I'm trying to locate a Package sent months ago from Wheeling Postal Office but no use ,i'm angre as hell !!!!! I don't know why they their!!!!!

this post office is a piece of shit I sent my part that I was selling online and the person found the f***ing part broken and I sent brand new this is f***ing bullshit hope you f***ers rot in hell

so disappointed with the post office, I just can not believe this guys. According to my tracking number my package was delivered, and here I am 2 days later still waiting for the package!!!! It doesn't happen for first time and I'm really frustrated with them. This is just ridiculous!!!! How is this possible and why they make fool of themselves. It's a shame.
