Hello i had a package that was suppose to be delivered to des moines.iowa..and it came to des moines and then left and went to Davenport iowa now its in Milan il..and i cant get agold of a real person to stop sending it further away from me ..its bullshit i expected that package two days ago and i keep getting updates of it going further and further away and i cant get agold of anyone that is smart enough to see that its not in the right state anymore

I am really getting sick of getting mail that doesn't belong to me or my mail in someone' else's box sitting here right now my phone says my package is delivered but it is not at my house where the hell is it

Wow! I was put on hold for over 32 minutes (luckily I can multitask). This post office is truly a pathetic organization with incompetent people working there with no clue as to how to provide good customer service.

This is the worst post office and I’ve never even been to it. You may wonder how I know... because packages on tracking numbers get lost here ALL THE TIME!!! I have an online business and not only myself, but customers of mine have had to place replacement orders after tracking shows it sits in this facility for WEEKS!!! Sometimes they’re delivered a month later, and we’ve had some NEVER delivered. The ones that finally show up, we then have to ship it back because we received the replacement. I have one currently sitting here and wondering if I’m going to get it since its been 5 days there now. My delivery date changes every time it goes through this location. Somebody is losing track of packages, and/or stealing them for the ones that are never delivered! Management needs to get this under control, it's been happening for about 8 months now, not sure if it's always been this way since I’m fairly new to the area. Please process packages properly, this is costing me business!

I just left your Milan post office on Tuesday May 28th approximately 3:45 PM. I just want to let you know that I had the worst experience dealing with your counter person Maggie. She was just rude she did not make eye contact with the customers she seemed a little bit of a complainer to me when the customer that was ahead of me she's trying to deal with she got a little irritated with him and then when I got up to the counter I told her what I wanted to do and she's like next time don't mark on any of the boxes here if it's a return I told her I didn't know and she says well next time bring it in here and tell us what you're doing and we will take care of it I thought that was just plain rude of her I won't be back to your post office being a Milan resident if I'm going to have to deal with her I will start taking my packages back to HyVee. I know exactly who you are talking about and I am writing to her supervisor to complain about her, too. She has the worst personality and poorest customer service. I don't know why the postal service has kept her around. I've know her for 30 years, and there have been dozens of complaints about her.
