After two non-holiday, days, I still have no mail!! 664 Dunham Rd What gives?? We just took ANOTHER postage rate increase..........and the service has gotten worse!

I had a certified letter containing a large sum of money left in the mailbox on the busy highway today. When I called I was told that maybe it was 'Covid' related. I wasn't asked who I was or what my address was, just several excuses as to what 'might' have happened. Thanks for going that extra mile Gurnee!!

I was told by Lake Villa Post Office that there has been a directive from the Post Master General effective July 1, 2020 that there was to be a slow down of mail delivery. I find this very unbelievable. Can you confirm or deny this?

Very UNHAPPY!! I called the Gurnee Post Office at 8:30AM this morning (Sat.11/10/18) and spoke with a woman. I gave her my tracking number and told her the website said it was delivered on the front porch on 11/2. She saw that I had a forwarding request in since April. and told me she would text the carrier. I called back at 10:30. The same woman said she had not heard back from the carrier, but would call me when she did. She never called back and you are closed for the next TWO DAYS. The house has a For Sale sign on the lawn and I am concerned that it could be stolen.

I went for the renewal of my passport and had my picture taken there. When I asked to look at my picture the employee by the name of Mary gave my nothing but grief. She replied " why do you want me to show you the picture ? this is not a photo studio or a photo-shoot" and she went on with a horrible attitude. I was very upset, all I ask was to look at my picture. HORRIBLE

Called office 8 times to ask quick question to save myself time coming in.... calls were never picked up by human or machine.

Generally I've had good luck with low-reviewed places providing great service, but today when I called for a simple question I was greeted with a condescending employee who gave me nothing but grief. I understand it can be a stressful job but when I call for a "yes or no" question, I find it hard to believe they can't find 5 seconds to hold back their anger. I'll be looking forward to other carriers.

we used to have a small post office with 3 windows. Now we just have a bigger building with 3 lines open. The other windows are generally unmanned . And the people are still really rude. Wouldn't want to disturb the beautiful post office employees
