I had a bill for North Shore Gas PO Box 6050 Carol Stream Illinois 60197-6050 that said Not Deliverable as Addressed which is bull!! I went to Post Office to have them explain and make sure it would be delivered by April 27 my due date. I mailed this April 18. The manager was very rude saying couldn’t resend and assure delivery by April 27! Very dissatisfied with her attitude. It was Postal Service error!!

Bravo for the Wadsworth IL post office! I live 5 minutes from the Gurnee Post Office and I happily drive the 4 miles to Wadsworth for their customer service. The people in the Gurnee Post Office are rude and just don't seem to give a sh_t about their customers. Keep it up associates at the Wadsworth office!! Thhhhbbbt on Gurnee

My Key for my mail box does not work... It has worked fine for years....and then yesterday, I couldn't get my key all the way in the key hole. I didn't want to force I, so I didn't know if I needed to call or drop into my post office for a solution...
