This is been one of the worst or I would say the worst experience ever I have rent a box number having all my mail going there instead to my house( personal reasons) it’s going to be one month after a week my mail continue being drop off at my home address, my husband went there Wednesday May 22 being now may 30 keeper receiving mail at my house so my husband goes and according to the supervisor I didn’t filled out the papers of chance address that I only rented a box for my mail but they didn’t know if I wanted my mail to be sent to the post box or my house .. doesn’t make sense why should I rent and pay to just have a P.O. Box anyways there my husband filled out the paperwork again and this time the supervisor helped him.. as of now I keep getting mail at home so I decide to get off from work early and see what’s going on the clerk went to get the supervisor and I told him all since the beginning he said yeah I remember I helped your husband I don’t know why you are not in the system fill this paperwork again and this will take a while for them to reduce it .. I said ok how about the month I paid and never used the P.O. Box he said will what I can do is fill out this paper and I will hold your mail here for 30 days 🤔😡🤬😡 at this point am very upset 😠 and just left I will go back tomorrow and cancel all the 🤬🤬 months I had already paid very bad horrible customer services!!!!! I work With customers all the time and deal with customer all the time and would never do this at least follow up your work .. I would say
