I would like to where to pick up some complaint forms, you people are not delivering my mail and someone will be held legally responsible!

We moved in a year ago to our place and we are still getting the previous owners mail. Normally one would put "no longer at this address, return to sender" and you would never see the piece of mail again. Not with this postal department. We continually see the same pieces of mail over and over again for someone else even though we have written on it that the person doesn't live there. Why does this keep happening? Please stop giving us mail that we have clearly told you does not belong to this house.

This posta office was so bad that the majority of the employees were descarded and replaced. Everybody thinks is is nearly impossible to get fired from a government job. It's possible. It was better for awhile, but not anymore. Today, 2 packages were allegedly on the truck to deliver. They left their orange note inside our normal sides mailbox stating that they made their first attempt to deliver "2 large" packages but the problem was "item oversized". An attempt means they tried. They tried nothing. I can see the mailbox directly across the street. Some of the staf that was kept here is outstanding. But this is pure laziness. These are gifts for our first great grandchild's baby shower. The moron might think that the package will shrink so they don't have to take 30 steps to put it on our porch. Now I have to take a day off to wait for this lazy person to intercept the package? I suppose I should be grateful they didn't lose it...

Expected a delivery on Stagecoach Dr. Got a "no access" notice in Informed Delivery. Package came from Vogue Fabrics in Farmingdale, NY. What the heck?

We have not had mail delivered for a week, including medications. Treaty Rock Blvd, its a shared mail box so this is effecting the entire street. They managed to deliver the slip of paper that tells us to move the snow but not the mail, ridiculous. The snow which is only there because the city snow plow left a small burm, the box is still very accessible. I wish someone would actually put in some effort to deliver the mail which is their responsibility.

I'm a Riverside Harbor residence and have not received one item in my mail box all week. I have the postal App so I know we have mail coming but box empty. I saw mail carrier at our mail box yesterday and thought ok its been delivered. Went to box and EMPTY. Whats going on ?

This post office is an absolute disgrace and yet nobody does anything to fix it. We go days with no mail delivery, we get the wrong mail, our mail gets delivered wrong, and delivery if it does happen is late at night. Post Falls Post Office get your shit figured out or just close your doors!!

The mail delivery driver on Brookhaven Ln has been speeding down our private road numerous times while kids are playing…Total disregard for safety. This is absolutely unacceptable. Called several times..NO RESPONSE. FIRE THIS PERSON IMMEDIATELY

I’ve been trying to reach someone at the Post Falls Office for 45 minutes now. The phone rings and rings and then drops my call. I’m not in Idaho and checking on a package that is put on hold and I never put the package on hold. This is extremely frustrating!

I haven’t got my important paperwork that was supposed to be in Tuesday. I don’t get why they can hold my mail without have permission. Post Falls usps sucks

I am so feed up with the postal service !!!! I have gone down and complained our mail is delivered to another address and we all have to play post office and deliver to the correct address !!! and we don't get paid for it , I am feed up and we all have complained and no results!! they put a purple paper in the mail box saying misdelivered mail and still doing it !!!

Very poor service , been tracking my package for days now , it’s been sitting there because the fill in person is to lazy to walk to the door so labels it undeliverable. I’m home all day . Constantly missing mail and getting others mail

Terrible post office!!!! They never answer their phone and you have to call 20 times before possibly speaking to a real person after you fight with the automated person for an hour, it’s ridiculous you can’t call and talk to a person anymore

Had a lady call us (Disability Action Center) who uses a motorized wheelchair. She rents the upstairs of a house. She has a very difficult time getting to the one mail box available. She would like to have a mail box close enough for her to get the mail. Is there a way for the post office to install one that she can have close enough so she can get her mail without the chance of hurting herself?

After three days of no mail one of my neighbors was told just today that the area around the box needs to be cleared before we'll get mail. Not sure how were to judge as it's been much worse in the past and it was delivered(carrier discretion??) We all try to keep it clear but have jobs also where we're required to go out and drive in these conditions. Why no formal notice; just finally verbally told a neighbor after three days

This place is a FN nightmare tried to call all morning to tell them to deliver my important package to my old address as it was sent to there, but no answer. I called 100 times no exaggeration, nothing but busy signal. Get it together Post Falls, Id. USPS, cuz u suck!!! Now I have to wait till the truck gets to the office, but of course I can not call to see what time that truck will be back. I even faxed them a message to hang up their phone. Can you guys please hire some competent people.

I'd missed a box sent to my home so I called & asked if I could send someone else to pick it up he said all she needs is the delivery card left by the mail person & she can pick it up for you. So my friend packed up her two small children & waited in line to pick the box up for me & was told her ID address didn't match mine so they couldn't give it to her. Want a review. INCONSIDERATE, RUDE, & MALICIOUS. How's that? No wonder they're hiring.

Coeurdalene Post Office sucks. They answer their phone and hang up so
they dont have to take a call. Typical lazy civil servants!!!!!
