971 201 3700 that's how you go above this post office. CALL THIS NUMBER! COMPLAIN! I've had multiple packages damaged and stuffed in my mail box to the point it's been damaged multiple times and whoever runs this post office won't do anything......nothing's been done so hopefully this number works cause there's not a lot of options left before this escalates.

Our regular carrier is out with an injury until sometime the end of summer. Since then we are getting everyone elses' mail except ours. We have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for a very important item and still has not arrived. Who is getting our mail? Every day I have to sort thru our mail and put it in the right boxes. You can't call the Hayden Post Office because it just rings and rings. This is not acceptable!! We have even talked to the substitute and told her our concerns but nothing happened. Please fix this!!!

I moved into my new house which I had my mail forwarded to. I was told to pick the key up at the post office. They said they don’t have one for that address. Told me yo keep coming back to check on it… what? Can’t call. The phone is always busy. I need my mail now and they have no answers for me.

Very horrible experience at this post office this morning. Brought in my email confirmation stating my package was available for pick up as of yesterday. When I showed up, a wry in knowledgeable man told me there was no package for me and I would have to come back. I showed him my receipt stating it was ready for pick up as of yesterday at 2 PM and I wasn’t leaving without the package so he ran around all over the back room and came out with nothing once again. Simply said “we don’t have it”. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to a manager who came out and actually put my tracking number into the computer, which this guy should’ve done in the first place, and she walked right over and found it sitting in the pickup area. (By this time I have been there 20 minutes and was asked to step aside while the manager was looking for the package and they could help other customers) so once the manager found the package I had to wait again for them to finish with customers so they could scan it and I could sign for it. Not one single person apologized for not doing it the right way in the first place by just simply entering the tracking number. If I had listened to this guy, I would never have gotten my package today. Very rude people and my thoughts are you shouldn’t put an employee up front to deal with customers unless they are properly trained. This was a total joke and waste of my time. Now I am late for my job. In reading all of the reviews on here it looks like this post office needs to reassess their training of employees and customer service. Very poorly ran.

I have serious issues with the postal delivery service in Hayden. On multiple occasions I have seen my mail lady THROW my Amazon packages on my doorstep, against my door. Tonight I await orders from Amazon that are said to be out for delivery today plus important medications. Three of my packages were jammed into my mailbox. The last package that I am awaiting for said that the delivery was not able to be made because my driveway was not accessible. I saw this USPS vehicle parked in front of my driveway and then drove off. I live in a housing development. There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING blocking my driveway! There is way too much in the realm of poor service with our postal service. Really tired of it.

This afternoon I stopped by the United States Post Office to mail a package that my wife wrap. I did not answer the questions of the clerk to her satisfaction. I was very tired after a long day shopping and driving and my bad knees were in pain, from my day out. The clerk asked me what was in it and I could not remember, when it came to me what was in the package she did not deblive me. As The clerk is suppose to work for us, she did not do a good job. Maybe when she gets old and forget someone will treat her with no resect and see how see likes it.

Coeurdalene Post Office sucks. They answer their phone and hang up so they dont have to take a call. Typical lazy civil servants!

I guess Postal Employees are civil servants, but they are not Federal employees. Postal employees can strike. Federal employees cannot.
