The hours on the web-sight are wrong, on the door when you go it says 9am-4pm... This is ridiculous when you have to go pick up your package because the mail lady refuses to deliver it and doesn't attempt to drop it off at the front door. She only went to our mailbox and put a tag in there saying it's to big and heavy for her to pick up when its not that big or heavy its a pack and play!
They refuse to deliver packages to my front porch, I have a gate, sidewalk, clear view and path with a short walk to front door, also well lite, no outdoor pets. I’ve spoken to Frank a couple of times. Todays redelivery was thrown over my locked back gate, WHY? The carrier is not very polite, how would she like her mail treated this way?
The service has become horrid. 2 days for local mail. Used to receive mail between 11:30 and 2. Now between 4 and six. 9pm and no mail. Package showed out for delivery on Sunday. 10:35 pm showed back at post office. No attempt at delivery.
My mail carrier keeps delivering mail with my house number but wrong street. I have received 3 pieces of mail this week for someone on Nicklaus Dr. I live on Jonquil Ct. This has been happening for months. Sometimes I receive my neighbors mail. Sometimes he doesn't pick up my mail even though the flag is up. Who do I complain to? Who can fix this?
Our post offices are terrible in Cda. I requested some information that was to be MAILED to me a week ago and still haven’t received it....but I’ve received mail from Spokane and Missouri. Still haven’t received what they themselves at annex were sending me. Same town. Over a week. Nothing. It’s 63 degrees and sunny outside.
