No person answered the phone. It range for 2:30 minutes then went to busy and cut me off. Not good service!

I have yet to understand why it is that these mailmen cannot understand that. When you put a box inside of these small parcel box, you cannot get it out from the front. It is super frustrating to know. You have something in there and you'd almost have to destroy it to get it out of the box. What is wrong with the large parcel box? It's open.

I have a package that claims on a website that says it was out for delivery yesterday (01/12/2021). I have not received this package a day later as of yet. So, I tried to call the post office that delivers to my zip code and the phone keeps ringing and eventually gives me a busy signal. NO ONE IS ANSWERED. This is very poor customer service. Now, how do I find out where my package is? Is there another way to find out?

Are you as fed up with the USPS as others I have spoken to? Seems the mail must go thru means it gets delivered but not necessarily to the person addressed. I was delivered a neighbor down the street magazine twice in about 2 months. The address ia over a half a block away. The first time I took it to him. The second time I put it back in the box with the flag up. The carrier did bot pick it up but placed my mail delivery on top of it. She took time to drop the flag. I miss my carrier of many years who retired. I do as much of my mailing and bill pay as I can on line. The USPS is a thing of the past.

I am SICK AND TIRED of our mail person leaving our mailbox open when we park on the street, NOT BLOCKING the mailbox. Several complaints made and nothing done. Will be contacting Boise PD for mail fraud, as I am already a victim of it. I have pictures. Zip code 83713 off McMillan between Cloverdale and Eagle Road

On Monday 04/04/2016 at about 2:45 pm. I wanted to send off my package. I've only but one time sent off a package via USPS in my life. The female postal worker was very rude to me. She verbally insisted that I should of had everything done before approaching the window. I explained that I did not know what to do. She than stated that they are busy and there are only 2 workers. I will be filing a formal complaint. This was an uncalled for and humiliating experience. She was loud and treated me as if I was garbage. Never in my life!

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
