I asked for my package to be sent Priority and I am now finding out from the resupply locations that they weren’t sent Priority and so they cannot help me get my items back. So much money lost. If a customer asks for specific shipping, listen to them.
REALLY!!!!!! $ 220.00 to ship a package to someone just because they have a P.O. Box? Just WHERE in the world do you get off charging an absolutely asinine price such at that? It's not wonder I would MUCH rather use UPS, but they don't deliver to P.O. boxes. I will definitely be finding another way to ship what I need to ship. You are so very, very, wrong. You are NOT the only one looking for people to work for you. This is absolutely uncalled for, unacceptable in every way.
I live in Star, Idaho. I have for many years. Even Prior to where the post office is located now, 2 doors down from where I reside. Unfortunately, a few years after I moved here, some twenty one years ago, the post office decided to move to this new location, in a Residential part of this town, and on the first lot of this subdivision. I doubt they pay for Subdivision fee's all the same, they have no idea just where they are, and that is no joke. They should have put up a sound wall to the north side of their building, so that all the noise and banging and throwing of carts and slamming doors, would be silenced or at the best reflected towards themselves. The fact of the matter is, almost every 20 minutes after the hour, a delivery truck brings a new load of mail, packages and all else to their back door. Here is the Problem: NOISE!!! NOISE!!! NOISE!!! It seems they have to slam, bang, and roll, everything into themselves, Metal on Metal, with steal wheels rolling, into all sorts of things, slamming the rollaway of the truck, back into the depths of hell no less, to secure it sadly, I can only wish I could go to All of the drivers homes, go out in front of their houses and do the same thing, day after day after hour after hour on the 20 mins after the hour, every day. At 6pm that guy has to have no hearing or still thinks he is in a business area where he got the mail I guess. I have not made a complaint of this in a long time. I have prior, and within 2 weeks it happens all over again. Either built a sound wall, or get some manners in where you are. I would rather the first, but I know good and well that will never happen. ( If I have to I will continue to send this to the post master general of the state, and I would rather not. But if it continues, I WILL. STOP SLAMMING EVERYTHING YOU SEE DO WHILE UNLOADING TRUCKS!!!! WHAT IF I DID THAT TO YOU ALL THE TIME WHERE YOU LIVED???? The doors need rubber stops, and rubber wheels on them carts etc. Slamming out at the main office I guess is fine, but here in Star, people live where this office is. Get a clue please!!!!!
trying to get a passport, over 1 month wait until I can get an appointment. there needs to be more resources assigned as a month wait is unacceptable.
Also why does USPS passport employee in recorded phone message regarding passports, say "if a field in the passport form is optional, you must complete it". either the field is optional or it isn't. it is not up to USPS employee to subvert the rules and/or make ,life harder for applicants
