Tried to call this office 12 times this morning. The phone rings and thenI am told “ your all cannot be completed. Please hang up and try again later” they received billions of dollars “ to improve service” to whom I would ask. What lazy bureaucrats!

Is this location actually staffed with postal workers? In the last 24 hours, I have tried to contact them 11 times about a re-delivery "no-show". Still no answer. I understand why they have a Google review of 2.2. Typical government run agency. No one wants to work too hard. Do us all a favor and privatize the USPS.

I had a simple question that I needed answered, took me an hour to get through the automated phone line so I call the local number for the Overland office a little after 3 now an hour later and nothing it just keeps saying hold on while we direct you to an operator. Your operator needs to be fired because they either didn't show up, lolly gagging around the office or they just not answering phones because it's too close to closing time and theyr'e afraid if they tzke a call they'll have to stay 2 minutes longer. Maybe you can answer my question. I live in Boise something was supposed to be mailed to me Monday I live a few miles ffg own the road it's Wednesday today shouldn't I have gotten that mail already⁹
