I asked my mail carrier why the numbers on the keys for the postal boxes at our mail drop were illegible. She responded by saying she would have to use her own money and time to redo them. I suggested numbered stickers and offered to pay for them. The next day my mailbox door was left open with new mail sticking out... I always thought of mail carriers on the same level as firefighters, police or teachers. Disappointed in Meridian Idaho.

Our mailman keeps delivering our mail and packages to the wrong house! Apparently he can’t read the numbers on the mailbox and match it to the numbers on the mail! I’m tired of missing my mail!

Went to this USPS office. I had a rather large box, boots, and the PO was very crowded, long line. 10/19/20, around 4:30. I rang the bell, waited and waited and no one showed up. Opened the exit door to ask the attendant if anyone is at the door. Very Rudely said no, you'll have to stand in line like everyone else. I said it's premarked. She said too bad. Everyone else is waiting in line for the same thing. Then one of the guys in lobby told me someone came to the door. Rang it again, stood there for, again, a long time and no one came. I will make sure I go to UPS from now on. And the post office wonders why they're losing business. Maybe these people need more breaks so they're not so rude.

Item staes delivered by merchant. It was not delivered. Maybe still in PO or, in vehicle, because it is a small item. It might have been delivered to wrong address. If so, I hope it was delivered to honest person, it is jewelry.

I went down to the 5 Mile Post Office in Boise Idhao and weighed an envelope at the kiosk. When I put the zip code in it told me the postage was $1.84, which I paid and got the sticker. This was on the 26th. To my surprise, it was returned to me on 02/05/2018 with a sticker that said postage due ($1.91). I was really irritated, but took it down on my way to work in the very late hours of 02/06 and purchased a new sticker, which said it was $2.05. I purchased new postage and I dropped it in the chute and assumed it was good to go. I was really ticked off when the mailman left it on my porch today 02/07 with yet another sticker that said it had postage due of $1.70. I put 4 stamps on it ($2.00) and mailed it again. It had better be delivered this time. When you raise the rates, it should be your first priority to upgrade your self service machines. I have paid $5.89 for a package that should have registered $3.75 the first time I weighed it on your machine. I don't mind paying for a service, but when that service does not upgrade their equipment, it is ripping off the people that use it. I will no longer send packages (of which I send quit a bit) through the USPS. I will utilize UPS or Fedex in the future. Upgrade your machines for the correct postage!
