The residence mailbox has been constantly filled with mail belonging to persons whom occupied the property previously. There has been notes written on top of the mail clearly stating the person’s no longer live there. Secondly the mail carrier has ran over property belonging to the occupants being a traffic cone on numerous occasions. I personally have received my spectrum bill atleast 2 weeks late accompanied by a late notice from spectrum !. Which is extremely frustrating like how does my original bill dated Jan 12 arrive almost 2 weeks later makes no sense. Today the carrier put ZERO mail in the box another red flag being that regardless of it being junk mail or important documents there are 4 different families that live on the property!. How is it that all 4 families received nothing at all?!. I do not trust this carrier and I don’t think the Waipahu post office is paying attention to there employees!.

On December 12th the postal clerk inadvertently left the package/mail delivery side of the box in Phase 3 of Villas at Royal Kunia open. We were unable to reach you via phone to have this box locked. It left our tenants mail available to anyone.
