Postal Locations

I’m not one to complain but it’s happening more frequently! On several occasions either I’ve gotten one of my neighbors mail or my mail was delivered to another address and I lust specific drop off instructions to be placed in my garage, but it’s either in my garbage can or dropped in front of my gate! Please slow down if you have to, so you can do your job correctly!!! Now I need to complain to the company I ordered my product from because I didn’t receive it for a mistake made by the USPS!! Hopefully they will be able to replace the item & try to do another delivery again!

11/25/23-11:35 am. We just had packages delivered by USPS person. She approached fence and our dogs were barking. I was coming out of door when I saw this. I called out to dogs to stop (they went back into their kennel). She threw 2 parcels onto trash receptacle (approx. 2ft. away). She made a comment "stupid dogs" as she walked away, then drove off. Very unprofessional. Other delivery drivers (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) usually beeps their horn and we come out to meet and accept parcels. Hopefully she doesn't always do this.

“DON’T BE LAZY!DO YOUR JOB! DO BETTER!” 3 different times I had a package delivered to me and NOTHING in my mailbox. Tracking number said it was delivered but nothing was there. Maybe it was put in the wrong mailbox and was taken to neighbors but some neighbors don’t do the right thing and deliver it to the right owner. This is getting ridiculous and I’ve been losing out on items that I’ve purchased and haven’t received because careless postal workers don’t do their job right and make sure your sending these packages to the right address! Please do your job correctly!!!

Time and again the Postal Delivery woman is delivering packages to the wrong address. 2nd time in the last 5 weeks that I've had my doorbell rung in the evening and standing outside is a neighbor from the next street over or the street beyond that with a Package that they retrieved from the large lockers addressed to me properly but the key was put in their mailbox. Have to do better.

Package requires a signature, post person never came to my door. I have blink set to ARMED, doorbell was never rung. Now I have to go stand in line and wait in line tomorrow for my important package.

Is it standard practice to leave packages on the rubbish cans. We have the mailman on camera looking at our porch then proceeding to leave our packages (2 times now) on our rubbish can located right next to our busy sidewalk. Another 5 steps n u would be at the porch. We have the mailman on camera. This mail carrier needs to do a better job because if it happens again. We will use the video to get the law involved. Do better????

We have a large mailbox missing it's door. It is at 92-318 Makalea St, Ewa Beach HI 96706

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! The delivery driver drove past my home and then said they left notice because they couldn't deliver it which was NOT true because I was home and SAW the driver look upstairs cause i live upstairs and did not want to even get out to ATTEMPT to deliver my package because it was a huge box! This is the 2nd time this is happening!!!!! Ewa beach papipi post office you guys need better drivers!!!!!!

I have been tracking a parcel that was ordered in September 2021 for almost 2 months now, it's coming from China however now I'm seeing it was sent from San Francisco to a locker at your facility on 12-23-21, why was it sent to San Francisco to your facility in Hawaii even further from my location here in Morganton, NC? Please advise??

Ewa Beach USPS workers continually mis-deliver my packages to other residents in our group mailbox. This has happened to me over 30 times in the past 7 years! How hard is it read names & addresses!

Never received my package from this post office on several occasions trying to get a refund for undelivered mail .

Where is our mail? We usually get it at 9 or 10 in the morning. It is now 6 in the evening and no mail? How come so late? I need to know why?

Not the first time this has happened. I get the address card in my mail box, but no Midweek. How is this even possible, when both are delivered together? I'm sure it's not the regular carrier for this apartment complex, because he is the absolute BEST! But someone else is not living up to the high standards that he exemplifies. I mean, can't you see when all the other mail boxes get a Midweek, and one doesn't?

I wish the mail person pay more attention and stop putting packages in the wrong mailbox. I was expecting a package it said delivered but there was no key in my mailbox to retrieve my package. How many times do I have to go to the post office and complain time after time about this.

My wife and were at the Ewa Beach post office standing in line and wanted to report the Postal worker being abusive and snapping at a lady at his counter. We even heard her asking to please help her and he was terrible to this lady. The person in line also was shaking their head with his bad attitude. Please watch your workers attitude at the counter this is not good. The coworker who helped us said he is always treating customers with bad attitude. His name is JOSH.

Thanks a lot for letting me know like you said you would about finding my package. I’m real fed up with the service after 18 years living here you still mix up my Mail and boxes! You didn’t even call to let me know you put the key in my box at night! Smdh! Get organized! It can’t be that difficult! Geez!

To the delivery man/woman: Please stop mixing up people’s mail. I have been receiving others mail and same with my neighbors. They have been getting some of my mail as well including packages! Today I have been anticipating a package from amazon and tracking said it was delivered but when I checked there was nothing! My best guess, it was put in a WRONG mail box AGAIN! Please double check before when you deliver! I know your job isn’t easy but please it’s your job to delivery mails and packages to the RIGHT address!

I told the worker there to specifically to make sure that all my mail is held at that post office and to not deliver my mail to that house because I’m no longer residing there anymore and there’s a situation with my landlord. So just in case anything happens can you folks please hold my mail until I come and grab it. Thanks.

Your mail carrier left our street email center completely open!!!! I have been trying to call the number listed 689-4250 and it just rings and rings and says calls cannot be completed as dialed. So how does anybody notify you??? Drive to the post office??? This is unacceptable. What if something goes missing? How would we know? Who is held accountable? I hope someone reads this soon. I also sent a email to the postmaster. Lets see!!!!

I am very disappointed with the USPS Ewa Beach. I do seed trading for gardening and people are required to weigh with their USPS before sending out. Today, i was charged $9 for three envelopes. Two were $3.51 each from different people and the other was $2.99. I contacted the people who I traded with and one of them said they weighed it at their USPS and the worker there put the right amount of stamps on the envelope to send out. There were three stamps on the envelope and it only needed two but she lit three just incase.

I'd like to ask, if I'm waiting for a delivery of a box of merchandise but am in the process of relocating could your post office please hold it for me to pick up? It's in the process of being shipped however I may possibly be relocated by the time it reaches Hawaii. I'd like to pick it up at your post office. Can this be done? Please let me know as I don't want it to be returned to the sender. Thank you Susan Burgess

Today, June 14, 2019, I received a green card signifying that I have an article too big for the mailbox. I decide to go get the article at 12:15 p.m. There is a couple doing Passport; not sure of what time they began their transaction but they were complete at 12:40 p.m. In the meantime behind me the line for U.S. Mail service is getting longer and within the line are two people for the Passport service. THERE IS ONLY ONE CLERK in the facility and people are getting antsy. I was observing the signs which are posted: "Walk-in appointment are no longer accepted" (but the family in front of me was obviously there with no appointment). And behind me was another couple for Passport service with the husband clearly dismayed reading the signs and noticing the length of wait. "Passport service must have an appointment" and "Mail service is between 12:00 noon and 2:15p.m." Satisfactory service and any avoidance for annoyance in the wait times cannot be fulfilled when there is only (ONE) clerk handling two jobs??? When I finally made it to the window, the clerk politely informed the family in front of me that they needed to step aside for their walk-up Passport service while the clerk tended to the Mail service. Anyway, of course, the family in front of me was annoyed but what could the clerk do, she is a mail clerk. When it was my turn to the window I asked where the Passport clerk was (11:00a to 1:15p) and the postal clerk said she is the only one . . . this Mail service/Passport service schedule does not make for satisfactory service for either party. I do want to compliment the postal clerk who held her composure while the "natives were decidedly getting restless." Aloha, Myrna-Lyn Abang Office Manager, Ewa Community Church.

Third time in the past three months my mail was placed into the same neighbor mail box and being that Our neighbors were on vacation just now receiving mail from the mid of May included my prescriptions, which I was waiting for. Thank you to our great neighbors, who brought it over to us - we appreciate your honesty. USPS delivery person, please take the time to read before you place the mail in the boxes as I have observed a quick glance and then the mail is placed into the boxes. Maybe monthly auditor should be riding with the delivery personnel to monitor how the mail is handled and delivered.

Just want to send out a big Mahalo to all our USPS employees, especially Ewa Beach office on Papipi Rd. Package to the mainland arrived there earlier than predicted. I trust USPS delivery over anyone else. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

Your mail lady delivering mail to Trades by Gentry in Ewa is throwing our boxes out of her truck! Very disappointing. She shouldn't be working! 1266301 is the mail truck number. If anyone cared follow up. If no one follows up then this is disappointing.
