This post office is a hazard. Every day, all day now, the parking lot is so full, there's no where to go so people are running across the high way to get to the post office. Cars are close to each other and now parking in spots not meant for them. This needs fixing before more accidents happen.

Moving from Honolulu to Mountain View, and no one from the Mountain View Post Office, answers the 808-968-6461 telephone number. *** My physical house address, does not register with the computer contact. ***

I have no trust in Mtn. View Post office. They put other peoples mail in my box. Where are they putting mine? Lost items coming in cause they put pic up card in another person's box. Person wasn't honest so claimed items at front desk.

Good Morning to the MT. View Post Office: I sent my sister, Mary Weber a birthday gift several weeks ago from Ohio. I was hoping it would arrive on a day close to her birthday, April29, and the tracking messages I was sent indicated this would happen. Imagine my surprise when I received a message yesterday indicating the package was unable to be delivered and is now rerouted back to the mainland and to a site in Indiana. I just got off the phone with Fed-Ex and was told your post office received the package on 5/11/20, and since no one came in to accept the package it was returned to sender 5/12/20. My sister has done business at your post office for several years, so it is really hard for me to believe that a contact could not be made for her to accept the parcel. In fact, I wrote Fed Ex a reply and asked them send the package to your post office and then immediately sent my sister a text so she knew that I was asking that the package be rerouted to the Mt. View PO. I am a STRONG supporter of the US postal system, but I am truly dismayed by this experience. WHAT HAPPENED? Where did the service breakdown occur? How can this be corrected? I tried to send the above note to the email on your site, but it was rejected...imagine that! I would appreciate a reply. Barb Teti WARSAW, OH 43844

God awful parking, long ass lines out the door all the way to the shoe box parking lot. Those stinking harpies that work there they see me every other day for the last 12 years. I pay 100 bucks to ship and item that cost 37 bucks, comes all the way from Hong Kong via FED EX. only TO END UP AT YOUR 3RD WORLD SHIT HOLE POST OFFICE AND THEY WON'T GIVE MY PKG BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE id dis-gusting. How would i know it came from Hong Kong if i wast the person that ordered it!

Not only does the post office need a bigger parking lot the 2:30pm mail in the box and if you have a package after 3:30 then you cant get package time needs to be til at least 4 or 4:30 pm on closing during the week. it is a hassle at times to even check my box im not one to cross a busy highway to see if i have mail not fond of playing dodge with traffic. please fix parking lot and time of delivery of mail and of course the hours of the post office being openned. Mahalo

The parking lot at this USPS is a joke! There are parked vehicles everywhere and across the highway. It clearly needs a larger parking lot. I see vehicles pile up along the highway often. There are three unmarked parking spaces by the door that when used block vehicles entering from the highway. The entrance and exit arrows are also opposite of the way thr traffic flows. The customer service is quick and satiafactory. But the customers seem to be very rude to eachother (once yelling at me for parking in an unmarked "do not park spot!" Its very hard to get in and out of mountain view post office parking lot. It needs work badly. Ill be doing my mail errands elsewhere until the problem is resolved.
