Someone delivered the wrong item to the wrong address

I rented an ohana from a mean old woman beth (I truly didn't understand just how mean she was) and I painted the room with her permission. She gave me her POBox to forward my mail. She told my grown Children, with 6 Babies between them, could camp on her 3 acres. Last minute she pulls the rug out from under us. We had $2,000 worth of household items to "our" address in Keaau. Now we're all homeless but when we hired a uhaul for our things, we discovered the son, Jason had gone to the post office & claimed he didn't know me! The post office lied about my mail & said I didn't have any but I do. My stimulus check & my 2 free books from being a newly published author are on their way. I have medical prescriptions being forwarded. Where will it go? Every single box is nothing but broken glass now. This post office destroyed 3 family's household goods. What cruel people hang out around that place. Bad juju. Very bad Juju.

So there was a package that has gotten picked up at 1:00pm on 10/14/20 w the name Kendria Williams on the lable I would like to know where is my package and who picked it up?

Had to stand in line for 45 minutes Out in the blazing hot sun in which I’m not supposed to be in to pick up postal packages that the delivery lady is too lazy to deliver I have informed delivery and got a text at 9:47am that it was out for delivery and at 10:14am another text that it was undeliverable and a notice was left mind you the deliverer never went down to the postal boxes to see if any parcel lockers were available and Made a the decision LiKe that . This isn’t the first time this has happened I have repeatedly talked to the post master about this problem. On top of this no one is making sure social distance isn’t being kept and how the elderly are standing in the blazing hot sun besides me because there’s only 1 postal worker at the window working . Ridiculous!!! This post office needs more workers and more efficient and honest delivery drivers , anyone who owns a business or only goes here to get the mail would suffer drastically using this post office they don’t care about you the next person or your mail just a paycheck to them

Our mail was not picked up today...I had invoices that needed to go out and a phone bill that should have gone out today. I don't understand why my mail was not picked up, the red flag was up from 10:00am this morning...

If you’re a business owner who ships multiple times a week I don’t recommend Keaau post office the workers treat you poorly , manhandle you’re packages and the poor postmaster is so busy he can’t get to our concerns besides this they have lost several packages of mine and my customers. Today was the second time Amy a worker there treated me ignorantly she should learn customer service applies to business owners too regardless of how I look she is terrible and makes you feel like it’s a burden to drop off your mail.

I have ordered a ton of items from Amazon, as I just moved to Keaau. The large items were delivered to my house perfectly, but the smaller items, inc. a phone I desperately need, were "undeliverable" to both my physical address and my PO box. What BS !!! I have tried repeatedly, to no avail. I just now got ANOTHER "undeliverable" message, and the link is for the USPS with o way to resolve the issue, just a lecture about Covid. Grrrrrr.

I buy a lot from Amazon. My husband is ill and he doesn’t go to town much. But I have had a hard time getting orders to my box in Keaau. I do not know what the problem is. Another one was supposed to be delivered Saturday but I didn’t get it. Where is it now? In limbo?

Your keaau branch recently gave a package of mine to another customer costing me $50 (content cost) and a family member giftless. A detailed report was filed with USPS OIG complaints highliting your locations negligence when dealing with packages. In addition I was told by an employee that I should contact the seller my reply was why they did their part you screwed up. Was this person the janitor she sure did not act like a postal employee. I will pursue this issue that you can count on

Tremendous service but West side parking should be all handicap spaces. There is excess parking on East side for able body patrons. The steps make the East side extremely difficult for the handicapped.

Went by to pick up my mail at the boxes on Kaloli @ 15th. The back of my boxes and the 2 boxes to left of mine had their backs wide open. There was no evidence of prying, and all the mail was exposed. I could not lock them of course, so I closed them to where they at least looked like they were closed. I think they were inadvertently left that way when the postal delivery person left.
