You wont get your packages! You have to be there to pick them up yourself even though they are addressed to a viable address that receives mail. They just send them back to the sender as soon as they get them. Really frustrating.

Worst PO I’ve experienced in a long time. They list that they hold mail and they don’t. They never answer their phone, they need to be held accountable.

Koloa post office is a joke . They hold peoples mail and don’t give it to them even with matching Id . They don’t answer phones and are sooo rude

If you're not gonna answer the phone at least have a message or shut it down, customers feel kind of dumb calling assuming someone professional is going to answer the phone to help us with questions and services. Only called 25 times in last 3 days to figure this out!

Please answer your phone

They must be very busy at the Koloa post office. I called 24 times between 9:52 a.m. to 10:35. The phone rang for about two minutes and the phone carrier ended the each call. I was encouraged that I got one busy signal. I am calling the number listed on the Post Office in Koloa, HI 96756 website 808-742-1319. This seems to be a real issue, as noted before, for people who can not go to the post office. Please remedy this situation.

Been trying to call Koloa post office 808-742-1319..., it just rings & no one answers & no voicemail Available. I’ve brought it to the workers attention before at the post office,& they said oh they had no idea.., this has been going on these pass months.., Very frustrating.. Please fix this

Post office still doesn’t answer phone or give you the option to leave a message. Trying to find out if they are still delivering mail on a route.

Postmaster: I have been trying to get a package returned to me that was incorrectly (accident by Post Office?) forwarded to a POBox 1886 in Koloa, HI. The package has an address of Jan Richards, 4525 Eastwood Dr, #11107, Batavia, OH 45103. The return address is Richards, 4418 E Mountain Vw Rd, PHX, AZ 85028. The contents hold a very sentimental keepsake (my husband's wedding ring - he died in February) and I would like it back (or sent to the address on the package). I'e been working through the Postmaster here in PHX, 85028 but no-one there is answering his emails and nobody is answering the phone. Please HELP! RA Richards

More of a question. Could I please get instructions to send mail General Delivery.
