Postal Locations

Not sure if this is normal, but the girls at the counter seemed to think so. Ok so my mail was for sure being opened and taped back many occasions. having that said, my certified needs to be signed three times etc. was ripped open on the side and horribley taped back. very important mail. I spoke with postmaster after I was told by counter girls they had no idea who to refferance to inquire what happened. after a google search and some reserching I was asstound it was downel. or a kind and sweet lady I saw every day. (Ive been getting mail now for 7 years.) ever since I simply was flabergasted that they then thought my nieghbor box was mistakenly given that certified leter in his box and he was watched open it. fyi they all know my name and my other. So my conclusion is my mail used to get probed for no apparent reason other then the corruption in the kauai police force. after I called and told them they had no idea what to do. they then decided to arrest me and cause heart failure. because I was placed in KCC and wasnt allowed bail phone call or lawyer for 27 days. I still dont khow why this happened. apparently they the KPD can do what they like when they like when they have sinester plans for you. all and all though they at the kalaheo post office are sweet and kind.

I mailed a flat rate box to my daughter from Kalaheo to Tacoma, Washington on Dec. 10th and it has not arrived yet. I lost the tracking ticket. What can I do? Thank you for your assistance.
